Had to call to confirm order, Uber account associated with this store has the wrong name and is listed as don and bens. She also asked me to do her a favor to contact customer about item and I kindly did. Kindly and briefly mentioned the business name mix up on phone to possibly get it fixed for other drivers and customers, was then immediately yelled at “don’t tell me how to do my job”. I then walked into store to get items since now I know it’s correct location. She is now talking to a customer in line telling them A person on phone was telling her how to do her job… I defended my self after hearing this and the moment I tried to explain that the business owner is responsible for their Uber account. She starts yelling stop and won’t let me speak or anything. Very rude and cuts you off don’t pick up here not worth doing her job actually by going out of your way as a driver and locating and confirming a business that’s unprofessional. The fact she expects respect and ppl to do favors, yet won’t let you explain one little thing and yells at you…. smh maybe u wouldn’t get annoyed about ppl telling of this issues if you just got it fixed like it should be…

My favorite liquor store. Always friendly and welcoming. They never make me feel rushed or like I'm bothering them. Being a minority in San Antonio, it's always great when I go into an establishment to spend my hard earned money and the business treats me respectfully and courteously! They're A1 in my book!! Great Job!!

Rude af. I walked in with my hoodie on because it's 30 degrees, windy and raining, and the woman looked at me like a was a robber. I smiled politely and said hello, she responded with a death stare. I was looking at the smaller bottles behind the counter and she kept giving me filthy looks. When I asked for a bottle she said "ok?" With some attitude. I handed her my ID when she asked and she stared me down HARD while looking back at my ID. I'm talking deep, invasive eye contact for a good 5 seconds. I'm clearly in my 30's. Not one smile or any politeness the whole time, just disdain in her face. I've worked in customer service for 20 years and I don't appreciate disrespect like that from a f****** cashier. Go across the street to the other liquor store

POSTMATES DRIVERS. If you do an order from here, you will not receive your full tip. I spoke with the manager and she was unwilling to help and was very rude.
