SLOPPY! SLOPPY! SLOPPY!UNPROFESSIONAL!????MY EXPERIENCE was NOT a positive one at all, from the get go my daughter called it!Took my son's PS5 for no power issue, left it there on a SAT. A.M. HE asks for my number and he doesn't even communicate with me UNTIL I GO BACK THE FOLLOWING THUR. 4:30ish p.m. and he still says I THINK THE PART GETS HERE TOMORROW! ?YOU HAD ONE JOB! WITH 5 DAYS AND NO COMMUNICATION. EVEN THO YOU ASKED FOR CELL NUMBER! I TELL HIM I WILL JUST PICK UP MY PS5 AND LEAVE. AND HE SAYS LET ME PUT IT BACK TOGETHER!!!!!!!YOU MEAN YOU'VE HAD IT OPEN FOR 5 DAYS!!!!! I TELL HIM POLITELY I HAVE NO RUSH,PLEASE PUT IT BACK TOGETHER, ONCE AGAIN I TOLD HIM ,"I have no rush", WHAT DOES HE DO, GIVES IT BACK TO ME,INCOMPLETE !!! , WHEN I GET HOME 40MIN AWAY! MY SON INSPECTED HIS PS5!!!!!!!!!GUESS WHAT? MY SON TELLS ME, THAT PLACEREMOVED WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION, OR ANY REASON THERE OF, THE GUY REMOVED AN INTERNAL 85$ 1T SD CARD FROM THE CONSOLE ??. DID HE TAKE A CHANCE ON KEEPING IT T??? ALSO,MISSING LIGHT REFLECTIVE SHIELD, MISSING BREATHER FIN! GAVE IT BACK WITH A DIFFERENT MITSUBISHI INTERNAL COIN BATTERY!!!!!!AAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!MISSING PARTS!!!!!!*¥€✓©_©MADE US GO BACK TWICE!SO WE GO BACK AGAIN HE STATES TO MY WIFE I RUSHED HIM!!!!!REALLY! YOU HAD ONE JOB!THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE ?I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACEG.C.R.SLOPPY, NO COMMUNICATION!!I TAKE MY BACK MY 1 ⭐PLZ BE AWARE!

I dropped my PS5 off 2 months ago and I never heard from them again and never got my PS5 back. I would call and wouldn’t get an answer. When the guy did answer he said he was busy and would call me back in 30 minutes and never did. I’m really sad I never got my PS5 back.

Replaced my PS5 HDMI port. They gave the best price of all repair shops I found. Customer service was very friendly. They also did it faster than any other service location, too. Very pleased, will go back for any future repairs I need.

We have been here a few times, Tony and staff are great people! Great service, extremely knowledgeable. They go above and beyond. Hard to find people who love to serve people and here at Gamers they are all about the games and people. Always a pleasure to come here. Very trustworthy folks.

Owner/ operator was very nice and explained everything in great detail. Will definitely go back if I need this service in the future. (Got my son's Switch fixed).I don't know about pricing for this kind of service but I don't think what I paid was bad.

Took my son's switch lite to get a broken toggle replaced. They fixed it quickly & reasonably priced & the owner was professional & informative. I would definitely go back again.

Been pretty patient considering it's been several months, I took my sega game gear in for recapping, and they seem to have misplaced it, I called regularly to check the status and was told parts just got in, they would call me, I would call again sometime later, they said it's being worked on, I went in person to picked up my handheld regardless if it was ready or not they have misplaced it told me that it might be bubble wrap and put away safely at their warehouse and they would get back to me, I called again the guy said they would call me that they think they had located at or found it I have not heard from him again. I was waiting before I sent this post but unfortunately not only did they lose my handheld they also lost a customer.(Update 01/27/2024)The owner went online and purchased a working Sega game gear to replace my Sega game gear and promised to make it right. I find that very admirable and staff has been communicating with me they're in the process of renovation and it may have been an oversight that fell through the cracks, I'm thankful for the call that I just received and looking forward to picking up my Sega game gear come Monday or Tuesday.

The guys were polite and real. My PS4 Pro was cleaned out and repaired and works better than it has in a couple years. As long as you don't have a fried ps5 bc of the liquid metal cooling(which tbh...just send it to Sony and they should just...replace it.) This is the place to go!

Absolutely great customer service took in my ps5 to get fixed a couple of times for hdmi replacement ready with in 2 hours this recent time my hdmi port just stopped working gave shop a call they said bring it in and they would take care of me and that’s exactly what they did ! above and beyond definitely recommend this place 10/10

Tony is such an incredible guy, will make sure your gaming equipment, games cartridges, or even your consoles will work to their best potential. Tony was consistently updating me on my switch, and made sure I'll be overall satisfied! Same thing goes for Jesse. These guys are absolutely incredible, and will take care of y'all's equipment like it was their own. We need more ppl like these two when it comes to updating and telling us what exactly we need or what we're doing wrong, or how can we do it better. Thanks so much for taking care of my switch and upgrading when we miss the due date!
