The ladies who work here are cool. Sometimes I’ll go in just to wander and browse and they’ll start telling me about deals and stuff like that. Probably my favorite store in the Exchange.

Horrible customer service. Bought the warranty for my Xbox Elite controller. This store does not honor the exchange for partial exchange. Foster, the supervisor or whoever she was, stated that in the 9 years she's been with GameStop, she's never seen a partial return for an Elite controller. We called customer service to verify this, and they said it is up to the store manager whether to accept it or not. Foster fostered a very horrible environment on a military facility. Stores off post accept the partial return servicemember or not, why wouldn't they on post? That is ridiculous. Already have a bad taste for GameStop as it is. Why would they be this picky with a purchased warranty. Definitely lost faith, and never again.

Bought the warranty for the Xbox elite controller and now the store doesn't honor it because they want all the parts. I don't need the parts so they can keep the difference of the parts for the return. It is up to the store to allow that, this is a shame that this store is supposed to support troops and they treat us as if we are some shady people off the streets. Other stores outside of post honor this and its a shame that this store treats us this way. Shame on them

Placed an online order for an item that was eligible for same day pickup at this location but never got my email that it was ready. After a few days of waiting for the email and calling the location a few times to inquire I was told to call customer service. I called and even they were surprised I hadn't received the confirmation email. Long story short I was nice each time I called and the staff was very nice and understanding in return. Today I was able to go ahead and pick up my item without an email. Just be nice to people and they'll be more inclined to help you/work with you.

Requires a mask when the governor has made it state known that you do not NEED a mask when in public I have been in without mask before but they are now being asses do not go to this GameStop or any other anymore.

GameStop, I really like the store. The employees are kind and also super knowledgeable on the wide range of topics related to all things video games. Also trade in system is awesome. I brought in a few older games in good condition and was able to grab a newly released game I've been wanting for so long. All in all it's good and fun experience and doubly so if you know a bit about gaming culture.

Male staff on 3/30/21 around 5pm was EXTREMELY rude. Was cussed at by multiple people before me because he was so rude. Upon handing me my change says "come back without the attitude next time". I was shocked. Store lost 3 sales at the counter due to his attitude in my short time there. Management should be horrified.

Far service, very friendly. They are always we'll stocked with new games. However, their used game stock is paultry compared to off base GameStop's.

As far as the selection and purchasing goes, it's on par with what you might expect from Gamestop stores in general. Great selection, decent prices, and relatively painless to get in and out of the store. However, buyer BEWARE: On several occasion, someone working at this store has "updated" my Powerups Reward account to give access to a person named Jeffry Huseman. I have reported it to Gamestop, who admit that their employees have access to change account information, but would never do that without asking to see identification. Unfortunately they employ someone willing to break the rules because they changed my account name and phone number back to Jeffry Huseman as recently as 11/5/2018. BEWARE, there is at least one employee at this store willing to steal your information. (Yes, I have proof of the statements I made here.)
