GameStop is a home base for gamers, offering new and used video games, consoles, controllers, and accessories for PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo systems, including retro gaming. It also carries trading cards and pop culture merchandise like collectibles, apparel, and board games. Customers can sell or trade their old consoles, games, and phones for cash or store credit. The store is described as clean with helpful and kind staff who provide good customer service and answer questions. Prices for used games are considered great. However, some locations have limited hours and may not open until later. The store's focus is primarily on current systems, with a noted lack of older, classic items and accessories. The trade-in prices for items are frequently described as horrible. Some stores can be noisy, with an irritating loud welcome message. While staff are generally helpful and the store runs sales, the selection can be inconsistent, leading some customers to look online or at other specialty stores for specific items.
Since going in there for my first time the staff are very friendly and attentive and acted very professional keep up the good work.

Nice staff. Cleaned and somewhat decent selection. But would not recommend buying the protection plan on NEW items. Corporate policy has changed this to where you only get a used replacement in the event you use the plan. Other than that it seemed friendly.

Gamestops tea member Adriana was a big help. Help me figure out all my preorders when they're do. And how much I owe awesome customer service.
