Game stop was okay my daughter wanted this Stitch pullover and noodle bowl. The bowl was 30.00 and the pullover was 50.00. Well let’s just say she did’t get anything my son however did get a new controller for his game system

Showed up about 20 mins prior to close, just wanting to make a quick purchase, door was locked, but there was someone in the store just talking on the phone. Went over to the liquor store next door, thinking maybe it was just a quick restroom situation. Came back to my car to see a "be back in 5 min" sign suddenly appear, and the guy on the phone just continues to look up at my vehicle while staying on the phone.
Every other interaction I've had with this store has been positive, but this left a really bad taste in my mouth.

My daughter tried to get Bluey game for ps4. We were told they don't have it in that format. They never got the Ps4 version. Never offered to check other stores. My daughter tried to buy something. She was using her debit card. It kept getting declined. So she used cash. Went to Walmart. She used her card there it worked fine. So the problem is with the card reader at that Game Stop.Now that I'm home I find out that other Game Stops do have the game.Not good customer service when you don't check other stores.

I pre-ordered Lord's of The Fallen and, was led to believe it came with a steelbook and was told to return following week for steelbook, returned just to be told steelbook was part of a collectors edition. Their answer was employee was misinformed, things they do to make a sale.

Went there after not going to a GameStop in years, to just buy some little stuff I needed as soon as possible, the worker Gabriel really made me remember what was great about gamestop and why I’ll be going back! Overall great experience

idk why but over the years this Gamestop started getting worse amd worse like the Game Selection for switch most of the main titles Are gone and hardly any preowned games. its like North star mall location hardly any preowned plus what i find funny is that most of the Time iv seen preowned pokemon games from all titles then all of a sudden there gone amd never seen any preowned for a long time even the mario games i havent seen preowned. im sorry to say this but the Way Gamestop going its starting to become like Dead Gameover Video games Store with barely anything good. and i dont suggest going to that store ether Rude emplooyees there

I have gone to this GameStop for years because the service is always exceptional. I adore the workers there. They’re incredibly kind, sociable, and knowledgeable about upcoming games and memorabilia releases. I cannot give enough accolades to the employees. The reason why I am always willing to drive across town to come here is because even when it is sometimes understaffed, the workers go above and beyond for customers. If you’re ever in the area, I absolutely recommend coming here. You won’t regret it!

Great store with a top notch staff ??. I won't go anywhere else for my video game and collectable purchases. No one else gives this level of customer service.
