This has got to be the most unhealthful and uneducated game stop I have been to in a while. Monique a person that was supposed to be the acting manager of the store was so unprofessional. When asking how I can use my gift card I received for Christmas, she replied the gift card is only good for items in the physical store. So I asked, will I be able to buy a physical game that is a digital download. For example a Nintendo switch game that has a scratch code to download on the console. She replied rudely that again it can't be a download. I knew this was incorrect information, so I walked into a different game stop and tried buying a game and to no surprise it worked. It's unfortunate I had to even go out of my way just to use my gift card. Never using this store again and highly recommend you not waste your time.

Both women were so freaking rude. One looked me in the eyes while I asked a question and then proceeded to ignore me and turn to another customer. The colored hair one has such a weirdo. It is a shame because I have only had good experiences with the gentlemen, but I don't see myself ever returning to a location where the employees suck at basic interaction. Weird faced monique is the worst GameStop employee I have ever dealt with.

Staff are fun to talk to and the store always has something worth considering. A smaller store than most GameStops due to its location making it feel cramped.
