They had booster bundles for prismatic and they were holding on to two big boxes full for some PRE ORDER which is fishy to me he said they only let 4 sale smh game stop at Ingram has to be selling to scalpers the guy even told me the preorders where for the same person just shady

The staff was extremely helpful and answered all questions my son and I had. Great selection, but they did push a little too hard to get you to repurchase games for later dates.

Walked into GameStop for something I saw two weeks ago. Was happy it was still available until I got to the counter. Delilah the associates would not take no for an answer with GameStop promotion. I as a customer shouldn't have to tell you no in 4 different ways. I only shop at GameStop once a year she really made me not want to come back. Due to her attitude and lack of customer service. Associate does need more training especially greeting the customers.

The store associates don't even pick up the phone. All I wanted to ask is if they had a specific controller in stock before I drove over there. I may have called over 10 times smh. They must put their store phone on silent ?

Seriously change your store hours .... If your closed at 8 put 8 ..... Dont know why the website says 10 O CLOCK?!?Or TELL YOUR EMPLOYEES TO QUIT LOCKING THEIR DOORS EARLY ....SERIOUSLY i drove down here to have them look at me stupid while im knocking on the glass on GOOGLE SAYS YALL ARE OPEN.FAWKIN DUMB

New promo cards came out. Store has them, me as a pro member stopped by to get a promo card. Employee said he wouldn’t give me the card but would trade me for it. I was told as a pro member promotion like this we could get them no priblem. I don’t think it right for the employee to hold free items from the customer ransom or for a trade not right

I used to go to this game stop location over ten years ago but I stopped going permanently because it's way to expensive and the store employees aren't autistic friendly neither
