The workers are very helpful and nice the place is clean and organized the worker explained how grading my pokemon card worked and what getting the pro membership did and I did end up getting it because of this employee I don’t know there name sadly this GameStop usually has Pokemon cards.

The employees were more evolved with the conversation than being present with customers. They were so loud you could not help but hear about what's going on. In their lives.

The store is always very clean and well stocked, with all the products orderly and easy to find. Often times when I go there I'm greeted by two very friendly ladies who like to chat with me about games, and today I was helped by the exceptionally polite and attentive Sean. He was kind both on the phone and in-person, helping me find exactly what I needed quickly. This is far and above the best GameStop I have shopped at.

We got a PS5 for my stepson for Xmas and the console just wouldn't turn on a few weeks ago. We purchased the warranty through game stop to be able to return it if anything happened. My husband went to return it and they told him they could exchange it with a used one, but they didn't have any in stock. My husband then proceeded to ask for his money back then and they told him he couldn't return it because their policy has changed. The people working were not answering our questions and they proceeded to eat cheetos while speaking with us. Not to mention the store was a complete disaster. Stuff out of place and unorganized. Especially behind the counter. Very unprofessional location we had to go to a different game stop location to get our questions answered.
