This is the last Gap store in San Antonio? About 3 steps above fast fashion nightmares because the clothes last longer than they should bassed on price. Staff was friendly, store was clean, and the aesthetic of the "Gap style" has remained consistent.

Haven't been in a GAP store in a while and I was pleasantly surprised as to the selection. Staff us very friendly and helpful. However, the bathroom leaves a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness!!

I shopped here yesterday. Moved from California. Am 76 years old. Purchased a Jean Jacket for approximately $100. Had Birthday gift certificate from Sister. Was made to feel like I was too old for it. Had another associate laugh at me when looking for jeans. Won't go back

Excellent customer service. My only disappointment was the low stock of underwear in the Gap "Body" store. Otherwise, a positive experience and productive shopping trip.

Honestly pepole working in fashion shouldn't look unwashed and dirty. The clothing here is still classic they just need to really work on employees appearance and the way they Handel them selfs. Alsi it's not a head shop I shouldn't smell cheap pot smoke coming from the fitting room that the manager? ¿?? Was coming out of.

The Gap is getting away from mall locations, so is closing its NorthStar mall location at the end of April 2020. Probably will also be closing Banana Republic too.

The Gap used to be the place to find any size and style of Levi's brand jeans and cords. Now, they mostly sell their own brand of fairly decent clothing. Not the top of the line in casual gear but worth a look at the clearance rack whenever I'm in the neighborhood.

Store is clean, but cashier (male) lacks knowledge needs to get more training. Manager had to fixed his mistake. He even had to remove the alarm since cashier forgot to remove.
