She is absolutely amazing. My hubby took me to see her to get a custom ring for our 10 year anniversary, great communication and understood my explanation of what I wanted. I'm so happy with my ring and we'll definitely use her again for custom works.

Every time a big moment happens in my life, I go get a ring from Gavin to commemorate it. Bought earrings for my mom a few years back and when the post broke, Gavin fixed it for free!
