I’ve been banking here for 5 yrs, they did not open the drive thru or the lobby today, no information about nothing, if you can’t be trusted to open on time, I don’t trust you guys with my money, I will be changing banks

Drive thru is so slow. I've been waiting 30 minutes, long enough to leave this review . And there was only 2 cars in front of me.Drive thru should be fast. It is suppose to be a convince so you shouldn't have to go inside. This is more of an Inconvenience. 40 minutes now. I don't personally bank at generations my self, so I can't change banks. The business that I'm here for does. I'm going to recommend they switch to another bank. Either Wells Fargo or First mark federal credit Union. They are alot faster and Wells Fargo has a commercial line.If you like to waste your time then this place is for you. If you want to save time, go do your banking somewhere elseSeriously45 minutes now. FML....I just need to deposit 1 check.I hate coming here, I really do.

It is an inconvenience that during operating hours in the drive-through this institution is currently closed. I find that I have come across unsatisfactory occurrences throughout the time frame of my established refinanced auto title loan. The representative that assisted me has still not sent the required financial legal agreements to me as promised.

I havent had a bank account in 2 years but, they were nice enough to give me some coin rolls/wrappers and offer me life insurance for free*.*standards apply but seems worth it these days

I came here to deposit for share branching, I called to verify they where open and if I’m able to do this. I finally arrived and one sign posted “deposit form in canister” there was a good amount of people. Waited for over 30 minutes but took it easy. My turn finally I put my deposit form, the money & my ID. 5 minutes pass by only for them to tell me my transaction is only able to be done in the lobby but since the lobby is closed they can’t do nothing about it. Then they go and promote Security Service? Whatever, not very good with communication, there should be a sign stating what they can’t do. If drive thru is only open then start improving your business not limit.

in line for over an hour in drive thru. This is ridiculous! If its closed inside how come it takes this long. Other locations are much faster. This location suxs!
