My daughter was bumped from behind and her sensors were knocked into the bumper. The other driver left without giving any information. I took the car to Gerber for an estimate in hopes that it wouldn’t be too expensive. I was greeted by Ronnie. He took time out to look at the car, asked questions for clarification and then offered to fix the sensors Monday morning. Ronnie’s customer service is unmatched. I had questions and he took his time to answer making sure I understood. I highly recommend Gerber collision for any body repairs. Professional, great communication, friendly and very knowledgeable of the industry. Thank you.

I was hit by someone during a garage sale. The lady that hit me was at fault and her insurance holder took good care of me and was put in a rental for a week. Gerber did an amazing job getting my car fixed. Great service from start to finish. Thank you to the staff for non stop updates on portal.

If I could give -0 stars I would.
Our car was stolen here 5/13 & while the manager has been empathic, As a company how can you have NO guidelines to replace a customers car? Instead yall have a paper you make EVERY customer sign yall aren’t liable for “theft”?
DO NOT GO HERE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Gate doesn’t even look secure to begin with. We think our car was set up by the shop people to steal, pictures & videos to prove. Its so obvious. Again, take your business elsewhere or else you may not have a car to have back after dealing with this company.

I’ve not only had one but two exceptional and amazing experiences with My Collison Center. I’m not originally from San Antonio and when it came to reviewing collision centers in the area, I’m grateful I was told about My Collison Center. My experiences with the staff & their work exceeded my expectations and turn around time was quick yet efficient. Ronnie and his staff made both experiences seemingly smooth. I’ve also been greeted and talked to through out the process with the upmost respect - because dealing with your car in the shop can be frustrating at times.. but not at all with My Collison Center. Top notch service!

I took my car in that got re-ended and asked since they are repairing the wreck damage anyway, if they could do other parts on the car, and I'd pay for it. A week goes by, nobody follows up. Can't get ahold of anyone there. I get my car back and the rear looks fine but the rest of the car is still in damaged shape. The guy after the fact says, "yeah, we can paint the whole car for $$$". Great, would've done that if you had returned my calls, followed up like I asked, and kept my car for a week. Terrible shop, use anybody else instead!Services: Painting
