Writing this review because today 2/1/25 I went to buy protein as I always do. The attendant was rude and made me feel because I was Hispanic . Looking at me like I was gonna steal something and when I asked questions he was short and rude . He was a white guy. Left store and not bought anything

I’m giving this a 1 start just because that’s the lowest . The customer services at this store is absolutely terrible. The attendant is rude and told me if I was just browsing to get out . I was so offended and told I had never been told that at any store I. My life.he then told me to get out and I was not welcome not knowing I was ready to spend a large sum in products as I always do . He also told my son it wa apology to not sell energy drinks to a 17 year old . Where I’m the word is that policy I want to see it I’m fed up with this employee !!!!!!!!!

The customer service at this location is absolutely trash . Non existent . I told my son 17 years old to get of today to see if they had a product I was looking for . I was waiting in the car and the rep inside told my son if he was just browsing to get out . My son got offended , and socially profiled. He then walked out the attendant said your not welcome because my son questioned the reason for his attitude . This employee need to be held accountable for treating him this way .

Dude behind counter today visibly agitated when I declined making an account twice. Decided to leave store and not buy, which sucks cos I specifically went to GNC out of other options.

Went to this GNC today and I do have to say, excellent service from Brandon! Excellent communication and helping my mom and I get what we need! Top notch overall with him! We will definitely will be going back to him to get the great service!

SHOUT OUT TO THE MANAGER MICHAEL. THIS WAS MY 1ST TIME HERE. I WALKED IN FOR 1 ITEM AND LEFT WITH 6.. HE WAS VERY KIND, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND DOWN TO EARTH. HE HAD ME SOLD! SO, THIS IS MY STORE AND I WILL BE SURE TO SEND EVERYONE I KNOW THIS WAY.....

Better know what you want before you go in there. Customer service is almost nonexistent. In the store twice now with complete awkward silence. No “how can I help or do you need anything?” Only time words were exchanged is when I asked if they carry the Shredz brand. He shook his head No and that was the end. No suggestions for alternatives.
