Better know what you want before you go in there. Customer service is almost nonexistent. In the store twice now with complete awkward silence. No “how can I help or do you need anything?” Only time words were exchanged is when I asked if they carry the Shredz brand. He shook his head No and that was the end. No suggestions for alternatives.

Today i had the absolute worst customer Service from the store rep Clayton. He was rude and very dismissive when He asked if I needed help I told him no I knew what I was coming in for he then responded yea but you probably don't know where it is. I then went on to tell him that i knew what I wanted and where it was. I was at the preworkout area talking on the phone to a friend about the different options(I'm a certified personal trainer so I knew what I wanted) he asked what was my question. I told him I didn't have a question i was talking on the phone. When I checked out he slide the receipt on top of the product and across the counter when I inquired about a bag he took on out and threw it on the counter. i asked about his customer service and if this was how he did business he proceeded to tell me he would not give the manager information and to have a nice day. GNC needs to chose employees who really care about working for them this guy clearly doesn't. I will never shop there again and this was the second occasion he was rude to me horrible!

I've been shopping at GNC for several years and have had good experiences until now. I was greeted by a sales person named Clayton. He seemed very irritated and annoyed by my questions. He told me if I didnt like the product to go somewhere else. I found him very unfriendly and unprofessional. He refused to serve me and told me to get out of his store. I will be more than happy to shop elsewhere.

Went at 630 and was already closed! Google maps said it was opened till 7pm. There was also another person wanting to go in! I'll be back tomorrow. Ive heard good things about this store!

I have been a loyal customer for many years and I've never had a problem until recently. I was approached by a sales associate named Clayton. He was very rude and unprofessional. He seemed extremely irritated by my questions. I told him I was looking for a vitamin with the daily recommended dose. He said if I didn't like their product I can go elsewhere. I realize I have options on where to shop. I didn't need for him to remind me of this. He told me he had the right to refuse service and that I need to get out of his store. I will be happy to shop elsewhere. Clayton needs more training in customer service and no one else should be subject to him. Big thumbs down for this GNC.
