I tried to return their disgusting GNC brand whey protein I was sold. Just over the 30 day policy an was not even offered store credit. I’ll never shop here again with the rude, no knowledge staff selling this sandbag of “ protein “. Don’t waste your time and money. There are better places to spend them.

I went to the GNC on Bandera for some supplements. The location was clean and next to Wayne's Wings. Jamal was working there and was very knowledgable and professional. He gave me the pros and cons between different brands of creatine. Since this location is a franchise, you will get special discounts on the red pricing labels. In addition, if you sign up for a free account you get points per dollar that you spend--once you reach 150 points you get $5 off. I had a good experience, and will likely come back.

There was a promotion for "buy 2 get 1 free" online. Called this store and they said they would honor the promotion but I would have to purchase each item individually at a higher price and I had to be CHARGED SHIPPING for an item I'm picking up. One of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard of. So I go to this store and the price for the item I wanted to purchase was $2.59 each but the cashier said the price was incorrect and it was actually $3.29. Mind you, the item has the price CLEARLY MARKED as $2.59. So many inconsistencies. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
