I walked into GNC after going into Walmart and finding numerous products that didn't seem to suit my needs. When i walked into GNC, I was hopeful that the staff member would help me find a comparative. Instead, I wasn't even greeted. I walked around scanning the products hoping to find something similar to what I was looking for. The staff member drew diagrams as he explained what a product does for another customer. The other customer continued shopping and I still was never greeted or checked on. I left. I will get better customer service and assistance by simply ordering from Amazon. There was me and one other customer in the store for close to 10 minutes and I received 0 assistance, thus, a sale was lost. I had every intention on buying protein for my workout tomorrow morning. Instead, I'll have it delivered.

So I stopped by the store to purchase some items with a coupon I had received on my email once I chose all my stuff I needed I proceeded to pay the cashier was super rude and then denied my coupon that she couldn’t take it and so on. What’s the reason of receiving promotions and coupons if then they gonna be with attitude and not take any coupons from us paying customers I stopped by on Friday Morning. I will never come by to this locating again I don’t see reasons why y’all ask for our emails for promotions and once we have them they get denied I always buy my protein products here I guess it’s time to shop at new places.

Great customer service! I just went in a couple days ago and wish I remembered the guy who was working that evening around 8:30 pm cause he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He recommended a product for the extra boost I needed during my workout and man he hit the nail on the head!

Frustrated that I went to 2 different locations this morning and they could not accept payment due to network errors. I placed a online order that offered me a 15% discount for BOPIS. My order was canceled, I called to see if they were still having issues and was told my order was canceled due to the margins and because they were a franchise. Why offer it online if you can’t fulfill the customer needs in store. Terrible customer experience across these locations owned by Rick & Ann. I’ll order on Amazon going forward.

Do not go here. ?? The guy that works there was very rude and wouldn’t step out from behind the counter. When questions were asked he just pointed and said that’s all we have. Also he was staring as if I was going to steal something. I have NEVER been to a GNC and felt so uncomfortable. So I went to Rocks instead.
