Najib has helped me out numerous times that I’ve went to GMC. He’s very friendly and sweet. He goes out of his way to help me. I always like seeing his face whenever I come to the store. Super friendly!

Najib was the most knowledgeable employee at GNC I’ve ever came across! He explained every ingredient and helped me find exactly what I was looking for! Definitely coming back when Najib is working!

0/10 just moved back & this is the store closest to my home. I tried to price match as I have at any other GNC store & the sales guy (who has no say) didn't even know they price matched. He calls the owner & tells him the prices on Amazon & the owner doesn't proceed to match the prices but rather give me a discounted price. Meanwhile, they had this picture on their GNC truck outside. That in itself is FALSE ADVERTISING. He lost out on a regular customer for $10. Now I'll just make my purchase on Amazon & receive it at my door.

Worst service , workers not helpful at all , I had my receipt and product to return due to bad side effects. Long story short my refund wasn’t done due to my card not matching and couldn’t further assist… i had the correct card i used during the purchase showed my transaction through my banking app, just ignorance on the worker…ended up at another location (The Quarry) & completed my return with no issues .

I will never give my business back to THIS NON FRANCHISE business. They use the excuse, "we aren't corporate, we are a franchise". If I make the purchase from the company and your company has the same name, you are the same.Justified reasons1.aYou receive BETTER discounts online with more detailed information with your supplements online, they even offer someone knowledgeable with procedures for what you are looking for any best discounts.1.b. I didn't an online return in store (which is normal for the fastest return) I brought my items in and noticed one was missing. Associate stated I need that one to complete my return. So I called home to verify it's there. They stateted yes and I went to retrieve it. Before so I notified the Associate I pay digital so I didn't have it physically but could pull the Information from my bank. When returning he said "my boss said we can't bc you don't have the physical card.1.c. Returned to the store to be told I couldn't make the return, after making a 30 minute drive. He offered to call the manager, which I agreed and she stated it's not possible.. it's 2022 and your saying it's impossible to do a return without the card but you have the receipt that shows all the items I purchased plus the card it's going back too. Makes ZERO sense. All those reading do the logic. They accused me of fraud but I have the receipt, every item I purchased, plus I have an account either you for over 5 years!!!!!!!2. Online doesn't blame franchise companies they just handle the situation as a GNC company should.3. This establishment hasn't held any employees for more than 6 months. Think about that.... I've been goi g here for ammaot 4 years.4. They will not go the extra mile.for customers. The last 4 on my card ,plus the type of card, and any information could or bee. Verified from the receipt. But your lack of effort continously shows why yall won't be open in 2 years. ROCKS VITAMINS IS THE NEXT TRIAL.
