I bought these shoes as a gift for someone special and she absolutely loved them. The sales advisor was very respectful and helpful, and the store had a great selection of styles to choose from. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Worst customer experience, I ordered a pair of golden gooses and they were horrible first of all quality so you can see how they make them and the materials look so cheap when I ordered my pair of golden gooses they came in and they didnāt fit golden goose were refuse my return and they would give me a nasty attitude. Golden goose is a service I will never ever purchase from ever again. They look at the customers like they canāt afford. I came in. There was my six-year-old son and he was grabbing shoes and then they told us are we gonna buy something?

Iāve been a Golden Goose customer for years, always purchasing from Neiman Marcus without issue. But my first experience shopping directly from a Golden Goose boutique will also be my last. The customer service from both the store manager, Nellie, and corporate, was nothing short of disappointing.
My son decided he wanted to return his shoes and go with a different brand, only for us to find out that Golden Goose has a strict no-refund policy. Now, I understand that stores have policies, but itās reasonable to expect them to be communicated at checkout, especially when they differ from standard department store practices. That didnāt happen. When I brought this up to Nellie, her response was, āIt must have been busy.ā Busy or not, failing to disclose key purchasing terms is completely unacceptable. I strongly believe that as a manager, she is held to this standard more than any other employee!
For a brand that positions itself as a luxury retailer, Golden Goose falls remarkably short where it actually matters, customer experience!! True luxury isnāt just about a price tag; itās about service, transparency, and respect for the customer. Unfortunately, Golden Goose doesnāt seem to understand that.
Lesson learned: Iāll be sticking with department stores that prioritize their customers. If youāre considering shopping directly with Golden Goose, think twice. As for me, I will never purchase a pair of these shoes again!

Entered wanting to buy 2 or 3 pairs. But the employees looked at me like I was a piece of trash. Kept a close eye on me when looking and especially when touching shoes, like I was going to destroy them or something. Did not like their customer service at all. Good thing Dior was across and I went over to buy two pairs there instead.

We bought we shoes for my spouse there. The sales reps offered the additional laces and had my wife pick out the ones she wanted. After we approved the purchase, she went to package the goods and came back. We drove home to find out the laces were not included the next day. Drove an hour commute the following day to request the laces. They brief there was a miss communication the 2nd pair laces were nit free. Which is perfectly fine. Either way, we wanted them the previous day, and she knew that and confirmed by showing us the ones requested. So either way, we would have paid for them and got them that day.
There for due to the additional hour drive and time investment. I asked for a minor discount and we could still buy the laces which were 70 or 90 dollars. They refused discount, even a 10% stating it's not allowed.
They apologized, stating their sales reps' primary language is not English and might not have been an effective communicator.
I found this rude for the person to consider the girls' english was perfect and even spoke slang words in proper context. Asked for the supervisor to possibly approve. They said it is out of town and would say no anyway.
Mind you, I do not blame the girl rep. Mistakes happen. There is no need to reprimand. However, store wise, a small discount accommodation for waste of time and gas would have been nice.

Despite me trying to warn him about my skepticism of this company my father purchased a pair of shoes here for work. The shoes were purchased in April and are already coming apart. One would expect a bit higher quality for $565 shoes, but apparently not... They were only worn in a hair salon so clearly not a lot of possibility to be too rough on the shoes. He went back to the store to try to find out what could be done and the sales associate said he would need to get back to him about it. His follow up text read as such:
"Good afternoon Martin, I hope this message finds you well. This is Michael at Golden Goose San Antonio. I just got notified from my higher ups today and wanted to let you know about their findings. They have reviewed all the photos of the sneakers and they donāt believe this is a manufacture defect on our end as there is no stitching coming undone. We do have two locations in US that do professional cobbler repairs if you are not happy with the look of your Ball Stars. The two locations for our sneakers will be at the NY Soho store and our Miami District location. These are in-store experiences and they cannot be mailed in. I am here for any questions or inquiries you may have. Iām wishing you a wonderful day today Mr. Castanon!"
Do yourself a favor and avoid this store at all costs. If you do feel the need for Golden Goose sneakers go through Nordstrom instead or any other company with a sensible return policy for faulty product.

It's my 1st time at this store. I was in the spirit of buying something unique. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Michael. He was very attentive, personable, and knowledgeable. The store offers a variety of beautiful shoes and clothing for everyone. I tried several pairs of sneakers until I found the perfect one for me. These shoes are VERY comfortable, and if I'm willing to splurge, I'll do it on good quality shoes. Needless to say, I had a pleasant experience shopping at Golden Goose. This store has a sneaker maker who will personalize your new shoes. It's fun watching her create masterpieces. They offer cold drinks, including champagne, while you shop. I will definitely come back again! Come check them out for yourself!!

This store has the rudest most entitled employees on the planet. I do not enjoy hearing racist remarks about guests and their own employees. And on top of that, the shoes arenāt even worth acting that way. Will never come here again. Needs Better Staff. Wish I could give a zero star

Entering the GG store, we were greeted by the bright lights and welcoming environment and friendly staff making it a memorable first experience . I tried on a couple of pairs, the helpful staff guided me through choices. As I walked around in them I realized that they quite comfy . Unfortunately they donāt have half sizes for those that require arch supports.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Golden Goose. Shoes were ordered on the 27th of December and both UPS & Golden Goose went ghost when I did not receive my shoes on the promised date. When I called to check where my order was on the 3rd of January, they tried to tell me my order was placed on the 1st āwhich is why it was taking so longā. Needless to say my order was sitting in a store I ordered from waiting to be packaged and sent for 8 whole days. The shoes were re-ordered yesterday, the 3rd of January and we were promised over night shipping. The shoes did not arrive today!!! Horrible serviceā¦
