I putting a one star due to the fact that most of the exercise equipment was broken, most of the cardio machines were broken, and when i was signing up i made it clear i didnt want a contract and i wanted a plan i could use for only a few months and the guy signing me up still put it as a 12/mo contract that now i cant leave. Worst gym ive ever been too.

The worst, impossible to cancel membership and when I had a stop payment on my account after leaving the state they sent lying bill collectors after me. Thieves.

Give it a 3 stars due to the fact most of the equipment is broken, theater room only has 1 good tread mill the rest don't work, same with the reg floor equipment only certain machines work. Other than that clean gym lots of weight machines friendly staff. Usually empty when I go so can't say if it's always pack.

DANGER. There are thieves in this gym. They open your lockers to steal your personal belongings or your car. Lock your car at the parking. Cameras doesn't work.

People are very nice and welcoming, weights are very used and a little worn but a ton of equipment to use. Sauna is great, bathrooms and the gym are a little dated. The value for price is there. Don’t expect high end

Gym is always in disarray. Weights put back in the wrong spots, trash on the floors, cleaning spray out - all of this at 5am when they open. Meaning, they don’t do any checks at night to ensure the gym is picked up and re organized. I brought this up in a review and Eric the GM called me. In the review I had also brought up the lack of attachment for the cable machines. He told me all of the cables were locked so no attachments could be removed and then he brushed off the cleanliness and disarray of the place. Meanwhile, the cables are not locked and the place is still a mess at 5am. This place is just horribly managed and it all falls on the GM. His standards aren’t cut out for a corporately owned gym. Couple that with being in a part of the country where people just are not clean and look after anything.

Wanted to try the gym out since I’m new to the area, had to wait for the guy up front to finish flirting with the girl to get any assistance. Kind of gives a bad look to the gym. I’ll definitely try another Golds instead of this.

Gym is great but I believe they are getting rid of the swimming pool. I hope they bring it back.My issue though, is that I am being charged when I canceled my membership 5 months ago. They said they couldn't do it over the phone so I emailed it to address they provided. They called me a few days later to confirm the cancellation. They sent me a confirmation email. However, I am still being billed. I have talked to numerous people. I have to explain my situation repeatedly. Managers rarely take the calls when they are the one who know about the situation. I feel as if they are avoiding me. I sent them all the documentation they needed from bank statements to card information. I don't recommend using this gym. When I call back to check status, I get, "We are still waiting." How can no one tell me why I am getting billed and when will they refund my money.
