My go to one-stop-shop for everything I need for my game! The staff there treats me like family, and I often hear their associates call other customers by their names, too! For a store/company as large as this it is refreshing to experience and witness such a high level of personal customer service. I could not recommend this place anymore than I already do. Thank you!

Went before closing and had a poor experience. I had asked to try some irons and was placed in a bay. I was able to make a few not-great swings, until another customer proceeded to mock me and go into detail about when they started golfing.I then ask if I can hit the club into the nets in the back and get told there’s a fee to do that.I realize this is primarily the other customers fault and everyone’s entitled to an opinion. Maybe, bringing the customer to another area of the store or mentioning we all start somewhere.Golf is supposed to be about growing the game, not about making a mockery of the people just starting out.

I have frequented this location and each time I am having to search for assistance. I have worked retail and understand it can be busy. However I have yet to receive the service one would expect to have at an establishment selling high ticketed items. If I’m going to be spending upwards of $3k for everything I need, I shouldn’t have to hunt you down or feel guilty having to pull you away from hitting in your bays.

Thank you Colin for fitting me for the right driver. He' never pushed me from one brand to another. Data clearly showed what worked for me. Ended up with a tsr2 10° stiff shaft. After 3 weeks of play, I can say, I'm saving a sleeve of balls from each round. It was well with extra $$ for a fitting.

Got fitted with Jon Moore & ended up ordering the new T200’s. They were delivered exactly 2 weeks after I ordered. The changes that were made with the fitting were definitely needed. I’ve only played with them a few times & I can already see a drastic change in my game. A lot of solid consistent shots now. Never knew fittings were so important. Thank you ??

I don’t recommend this store at all, they were a lot of employees and they never asked if they could help me. I bought 1 set of golf clubs and they didn't help me at all, they were probably racist because they were helping other people. When I went to Golf Galaxy in Las Vegas, they were helping my mom in choosing the right golf clubs and even by choosing the right outfit for her tournament.

I purchased a pair of Titleist T300 irons today from Colin. I found him to be very patient, professional, and knowledgeable. He guided me to the perfect set of irons for my game. He also guided me to a driver that gave me an additional 20 yards distance. I highly recommend Colin as someone to seek out when you need to purchase golf clubs at Golf Galaxy.

I went shopping at golf galaxy last week, I shopped in the shoe department for approximately 15 minutes, then I went to the putting green for approximately 15 minutes and did not have a single person. Asked me if I needed help. Initially I went to the store to purchase a pair of new shoes and a new putter, but customer service was severely lacking so I left and I went to the PGA store.

Went to Golf Galaxy today because I needed my golf re-gripped. I was not aware that they can only re-grip up to 4 clubs on the spot. Anything over 4 clubs requires a 24 hour turnaround time. Dave in club fitting services went above and beyond. He had all 7 of my clubs knocked out. He asked if could give him about 30 -45 minutes, which we happily we willing to do. While waiting I was allowed to hit on the range and try out the new Callaway Rouge ST Max Driver. Thank you Dave and Team Golf Galaxy. Great first experience.

I went in on the recommendations of the reviews here. I had my irons regripped and the service was very good. They didn't have an issue with me supplying my own grips. Price was reasonable and ready when promised.

Horrible experience with a purchase of a gift card for a grandsons birthday gift. The card given to the buyer was not the one listed on receipt. Card given had no amount on it. But the one on the receipt did of $350. Where is that card …. Obviously the cashier took it and gave the 81 year old buyer the empty one. Now waiting over 7 days to receive a new card after the one with money on it never used. No investigation done on this theft. Won’t shop here ever again after this . Why can’t Golf Galaxy give him a new card in store oh we get has to come from Corporate. When promised that store manager could give it to him. Very disappointed.

This is an amazing place to go to for any type of golfer. Beginner to advanced. Their ability to customize clubs and they’re wide range of selection from all manufacturers is amazing. Will definitely be a repeat customer from this place.
