Very slowWas not examined as should of been. Took 2 x-rays, listen to my lungs. Did not look in ears, throat, or nose. I will not go to your urgent care again. Gonzaba you are better than that!

I will never go there again. 4 1/2 hours to wait to be seen for all of 5 minutes. Only to find out that I have COVID. So all those that where there and we where forced to be around. I'm sorry if I infected you. Maybe one day they will change how long they keep people that are really sick waiting. ( I did have a mask on ) I'm just disappointed in Gonzaba Urgent Care System.....

It was a great experience. I was there sick. They treated me very quickly gave me all the correct medication to get me back healthy again.

The intake person who took your insurance information whowas on duty around 3:30 p.m. had the personality of a wet cloth. She didn't look at me just told me what my co-pay would be, terrible customer skills to be working with the public and especially an Urgent Care facility. The physician, sadly I didn't get her name, and her medical assistant were excellent.

Took my daughter in on a Sunday afternoon to be seen because she was getting sick. Overall had a good experience. The office is very clean, they saw her sooner than I expected. The staff was friendly and helpful and the provider she saw was patient and made her feel comfortable. We were in and out in about an hour which again was faster than I expected, would definitely come here again.

Gonzaba Urgent Care is an excellent facility for treatment of unexpected incidents that occur in one's every day life. The staff are very professional, helpful and knowledgeable in treating the patient.

Best urgent care visit. They were kind, compassionate, understanding, and thorough. They even helped keep my young kids calm during visit as they waited with me. I left feeling confident in the next steps for my care. Thanks to the entire staff.

The check in process was short and efficient. The pre exam was quick , but over an hour wait to have Dr come see me. Over Two hour total wait, way to long of a visit especially when you’re not feeling well.

I am very optimistic that after having severe migraines since I was 11 years old and seeing so many neurologist....that Dr Zilli is a very knowledgeable neurologist. He understood what I had been through and took his time not rushing to listen and record every medication I had already taken to try something new that might work for my case . Thank you Dr Zilli and God bless you always ? ❤️!

I waited days to get seen because I don't have insurance and sometimes when you you don't have insurance, you are treated differently. This place was complete opposite. Everyone was friendly and professional. Great bedside manner. I will definitely recommend this urgent care.
