I was there today at 1pm and the young boy that was outside accepting the donations did absolutely nothing but stand there and hold the big container while I was struggling to turn my container over! He didn't even help the elderly couple that was in front of me. That is RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL! He should not be ther if he is not going to work! Ya'll need someone that is willing to work and help people get the donations out of their care if it is heavy! I as going to get him to help me but since he was standing there like he had nothing to do I decided to do it myself!

This store smells so bad, like there are rotten carcasses under the shelves, and it's in multiple different places in the store. If you've ever smelled dead rats, that's the smell.
They also had several used Dollar Tree items marked up to be several times more expensive than the cost of brand new Dollar Tree items. $1.25 item in opened packaging for $2.79? Who makes these decisions? Absolutely never going back here, I'd rather keep my lunch, and spend my money more wisely. Thanks.

The prices at this location are crazy, higher than the usual prices at Walmart or other regular stores.

Literally do not bother. Tiny, with little to no selection, but still has a line to the back of the store. Went once and likely won’t ever go again.

Meh it's packed most of the time when I show up but the staff is friendly and there's plenty of items old and new

It's just loose bulky items as expected it's clearance store. But you do need yo bring your own gloves before entry for "safety reasons " so just FYI before you drive there and get turned away

Everyone I talked to was very friendly and helpful, was very professional about getting the ticket I needed from the floor, and once I paid for the product advised me where to go and even sent someone to help me load it, I have went back from time to time to get small items, and when I ask where something was and they didn't know, immediately they called another person whom told me where they keep that type of product when they have it in the store, then led me to that area to show me where it would be when they have it ?

So I found out today that the goodwill does not consider shoes to be items of clothing and they will not let return them. They were brand new, I bought them at goodwill's new clothing price. I never wore them, just tried on at home because they are knee hjghs. They wouldn't let me return them and I think it's ridiculous because shoes are absolutely considered to items of clothing. I'm pretty much done with goodwill at this point!

The man they have as a white cashier with little hair is disrespectful, he has no tact when addressing customers, he always speaks in a bad way and never politely. It's unfortunate since it's not the first time it's happened to me at this location.

Some old timer jumped all over me saying “you’re not supposed to be in here” when dropping off meanwhile he had a line of customers out the back waiting to drop off donations. It’s a little late to tell me where I’m not supposed to be when you’ve got a line of cars waiting. I’ll do the job for you when you can’t take care of the customer yourself. This was 3:30 on a Wednesday. Y’all need to do better and not admonish customers who are practically doing your job for you. Instead just show em where to donate and say thanks for your patience. ✌?

It's a Goodwill, y'all! It is my local drop off spot where there never seems to be a super long line. The employees are ALWAYS friendly, helpful, and personable. I will go in every once in awhile to check out the glassware, always looking for the colored ticket of the week so I can get my 50% off the already low price. There are probably other Goodwills in town that have a higher end selection of furniture and clothing, but overall, if I just have a little shopping bug, am looking for nothing in particular, and just want to spend a few bucks, this is as good a place as any!

Prices are absolutely ridiculous. I can go to Target or Walmart across the street and get things similar in price as this Goodwill. Very disappointing. Once a blue moon you might find something fairly priced, but I still recommend going to Texas Thrift or literally any other thrift store.

manager of this store should be fired. This store is way over priced on everything. They let 2 lady customers hang out all day like it's there job. Boy don't get in the way when they bring out new stuff. They will knock you out of the way to be first. This store has really gone down hill from even a year ago. Time to make a change for sure.
