I enjoy going to Goodwill. This store is usually clean and well organized. The staff is busy but always helpful. You can fund something to purchase with each visit, and I always find several things I can't live with put. You need to watch the color of the week and take advantage of the specials. I would go every day if possible, but I know better. Happy shopping!

This was the worst customer service I have ever received. I tried to donate a trailer full of solid wood furniture and waited next to the delivery area for 15 min while the guy working in the back just said ok hold on ma’am, yeah ok ok and just literally slammed the garage door and ignored me. He didn’t even stop to say hey you know what we aren’t taking any more deliveries.
I had to walk to the front and ask for the manager and she said she would meet me in the back only to say sorry I have to close or I will get in trouble. And I don’t have anywhere to put it.
What a joke of a store, I’m certain that if employees who get paid from large expensive donations like mine are so scared to get in trouble vs having much better customer service skills, then this is not a company I will ever donate to again!
Don’t waste your time coming to GIVE them your valuables for them to make a PROFIT! So unprofessional and yes it’s posted on the wall but it doesn’t specify its delivery times on the sign. When the hours of operation are open till 8pm on Google and at 8:53pm the doors inside are already locked.
Change your signage to your actual operating hours not oh we close at 8 but have to be clocked out at 8, well then wouldn’t it be a smart idea to just put closed at 7pm so as not to confuse consumers and donors?

I still find it weird this is the only goodwill with a security guard at the front door. But ladies are super nice , shelves can get bare all week. Maybe one day a week that have full shelves.

Sometimes I can find it brand new like these shoes in the video they’re from Nordstrom. Regular price $100.00Got them for $15.00I have Ben to all goodwills in satxI LOVE A GREAT BargainBUT THEY ARE GETTING HIP TO When it’s Michael Kors or high name brands sometimes they price them that high. It’s just depending on the staff. Cuz I bought some Michael Kors shoes brand new out the box for $19 and they were not generic ?? regular price 150 at mk store in the mall…These boots were Steve MaddenSo you understand what I’m talking about if you know about name brands ……..

I used to come here a lot with my sister and alone but I won't be coming back anymore. The manager was very rude to me for no reason. I asked the cashier if I could make a return. Although the item was labeled electronic the supervisor did not want to honor the return just because she didn't agree it was electronic. Even if that's how she felt, I asked nicely, she didn't have to reasons so loudly and rude to me and treat me like a child by making me search the whole store for a replacement before giving me store credit after I told her I was there at the beginning of the week. And it wasn't just me that day, they even made another customer upset by the way they were talking to her.

i Will say for a Old Stuff finding Store this gots to be the Smallest Store No Graphic Tees What so Ever no Cartoon shirts or Anime and All the Shirts there are Basic and the Toy section is soo small and not even anything Wirth buying from there Ether hell The One on Rigsby 410 makes this location like a joke store cause i found some Decent good Stuff there and has a bigger selection
