This good will is pretty alright, the baby clothes aren’t organized one bit, you’ll find a newborn onesie next to a size 5t t shirt, which makes it incredibly frustrating to look through, the rest of the clothes are sorted alright throughout the store at least.

Love this goodwill location! I was taking my in-laws here today and Janie helped me at the register, she was so lovely and made my experience there better. She made a good representation of San Antonio.

Understaffed. The only people working the entire floor were 2 older women stuck behind the counter. Not their fault, but I pushed the button for assistance multiple times, no one even acknowledged me. If you arent going to put someone to watch the changing rooms, just close them so I know not to wait. Im not buying clothes I cant try on, waste of my time.

I had an excellent experience at my local Goodwill store! The store was well-organized, clean, and stocked with a wide range of items. I found some great deals on clothing, furniture, and home decor. What really stood out to me, though, was the customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They greeted me as I entered, were attentive while I shopped, and offered assistance without being pushy. When I had questions about pricing or items, they were knowledgeable and more than happy to help. The checkout process was quick and efficient, and I left feeling great about my purchases. Overall, it was a pleasant shopping experience, and I'll definitely be coming back

Always a great variety of stuff just wish they'd remove the damn combination lock on the restroom, this the only one with a lock and employees who aren't in no rush and act like it's the employees restroom only saying YOU'RE WELCOME before I can say thank you

I always find great treasures here, especially with the toys!! Jaine is so sweet and always nice whenever we check out with her as well! Store is organized, staff is beyond friendly, restrooms are clean and product is always coming out! I love this goodwill !

Idk I'm just a hater so three stars. But I need to write at least 85 characters so uhh I bought records from here about a week ago, and they weren't scratched. Pretty good records to say the least. Came back like 4 days later and went to see if they had records and they had one vinyl cover but no records. Like whatttt

While I was sitting in the parking lot waiting for this store to open I started reading reviews. I was intrigued by one review that stated when they opened up you needed to run not walk because of the beautiful items that they have in this store. This review was really on point. I had my cart filled to the top. We are here in San Antonio visiting our baby daughter and grandson. We definitely will visit this store again

Hey goodwill crew we went to this Goodwill store around 12 am today and why are the employees so rude disrespectful leaving the front registers abandoned vacant when customers like us are waiting too long to pay and disrespectful with the items we buy break the items ridiculous totally ridiculous managers are lazy disrespectful too we want those people Fired! who ever left the front registers vacant abandoned unattended when we're waiting too long and not being careful with the items that we buy from the store ridiculous totally ridiculous behavior fix this mess!
