Well, this was a terrible experience. I found a few pieces of clothing to try on (you are only allowed 5 in dressing room). Dressing rooms were all locked and most were empty. There were staff all over the store and I kept pushing the button that would ring for one to come and unlock a dressing room and I could hear it ringing, but no one would come to help me. Finally one lady who worked there was walking by and she told me to push the button to get help. I told her I had been pushing it for a while and she said she was going on her break and could not help me. REALLY? Wow. So I looked around and finally grabbed someone to help. These people are terrible when it comes to customer service. Just terrible.
Also, the clothes are packed so tight you can barely move them to get them out. My arm and neck actually hurt from trying to move the clothes through the racks. I gave up after awhile and left. This place is a total mess. I won't be going back.

Don't bother taking clothes, you may not know doesn't have tags to the register. They will charge the highest possible. I had several small dresses (child) that were priced all the same until an associate asked a manager ( I assume) to price the same sized clothes that didnt have a tag. He then proceeded to charge a higher amount (prices I see on the barely worn items) for faded and obviously worn items. I won't be recommending this store to anyone.

Goodwill is good for getting most items a family may need on a budget. It's donated goods in clean working order so inventory can be random. However I have found nearly new small cooking pots, a Ryobi Router for $14 with case valued at nearly $100 and it works perfect.
If you need to get off your feet and on a budget you can find most things. Donations of goods and resellable items go to stores and the money goes
towards opening new stores which creates .ore jobs.
They also have free employment services at some locations as well as a small school for Truck driving and nursing.
When my dad passed away, we kept what we wanted but had loads of furniture and household items in great shape so donated it all. I hope it helps a family in need. Good Job! Goodwill.

Have been coming to this location often for 2 years . It was very good .
This is time there is a worker with tattoos all over and heavy Spanish accent .
Unfortunately she has no concept about customer service , impolite , unhelpful, rough angry that customers are their to shop but to bother her .
Totally untrained . Specially that most people through the year were wonderful.
There is new supervised Vivian she has been very nice . Helped me with my furniture purchase and let me move it to the car.
But that women needs a lot of retraining . Sad because the store otherwise is great .!

They've changed the donation car line so there are now 2 instead of just one. Much faster!

Their door sign as well as the internet claimed they close at 8 o'clock but they will run you out several minutes prior to that claiming that they are already closed

NOT RECOMMENDED! A rude and angry cashier Genevieve M today just spoiled it for me. Don’t understand why they hire these ghastly women to lash out at yhe customers. Maybe provide some job training? A hormone treatment? Never seen her there before but definitely not going to this location again ?

Everything except clothing is over priced. Item had original store price tag of $.99, Good Will marked it $2.99. Pieced together some pots and pans. All of the pots had mismatched lids taped to them. If you want the matching lid, you have to pay for it separately. Spoke to whoever was in charge, and he said he couldn't swap out anything once it's marked.

I have been coming here for years but more recently since I am nearby. Almost weekly now I go here. Not anymore, yesterday a woman who clearly had some issues, approached me 4 times to start arguments over nothing at all. It's all on camera. She was just obviously not mentally stable and looking for something to do. She went to the manager trying to do damage control, and without even seeing the recordings, the manager Rene completely dismissed me, when I tried to explain that i was minding my own business. the woman started explaining how she "was in the military fir 5 years", which i totally stand by our troops, but this had nothing to do with her actions this day. just by saying that, she garnered the support of Rene, who began dismissing me furthermore. it was this unhinged woman and the manager against me at this point. i finally decided enough abuse was enough and still checked out and purchased my items. unless they get a manager trained in people skills, and one that doesnt immediately defer to an unstable person without making objective decisions, i am now fearful of returning to this store. which is very sad, because its on my way home and i like to stop in to unwind after a long day. after this fiasco, i will not be returning. After checking out, i asked for a different manager, a very sweet blond woman, and she walked me to my car because i didnt feel safe. There should be security because you never know who is going to goodwill with not so good intentions, and some managers like Rene lack the skillset and compassion to handle the situation like this one where the aggressor is not stable.
