  Saw an item grabbed the bottom ticket however another man came from the side saying he saw it first , multiple workers said he was looking at it first and I had to give it to him , dude tried taking it from my hand while the workers saw yet I had to give it to him from what the workers told me , stupid honestly since it’s a fcfs yeah he saw it but never grabbed the ticket and walked away there for the item was available

  I usually have a good time whenever I go to this goodwill. There’s always so many cool things the people are always friendly except for Carmen C today. She not only made it uncomfortable and annoying while checking out she made unnecessary comments while scanning items. She kept scanning the same items over and over again making it seem like we were trying to hide the items she had already scanned??? She then proceeded to ask her manager to check the item that it wasn’t scanning since she already SCANNED THE ITEM I even told her it’s the same item she scanned on the screen. She literally told us in the beginning you CANT scan an item twice she then said never mind to the manager I’m assuming and proceeded to ask us if we wanted the item? Like hello? Isn’t that why we are buying it? She was just unpleasant overall. She made it seem like we stole an item we payed for. It’s a literal goodwill why would I steal something from GOODWILL. Besides that it’s always a fun goodwill they just act like they’re a actual store and put outrageous prices on things when it’s literally donated. Like who’s going to pay $50 for some busted shoes?

  This place was my spot BUT UNFORTUNATELY PRICES GOT ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS looking more like Bandera goodwill Over all staff is friendly !!

  I love the items and prices at this goodwill! I am a frequent customer and i normally have a good experience overall, but there is a specific worker named Elsa who is VERY rude, every time i come in she is unpleasant to talk to. when i was checking out and paying for my items, she was very rude to me throughout the whole process, she talked down to me and scoffed and overall had a horrible attitude and this is nothing new. This goodwill has amazing potential but they definitely need to do something about her attitude.i will be contacting corporate about this incident.

  They have the audacity to sell something that costs $10 brand new, for $7. I could go on but I hope people can catch on and realize that goodwill isn’t what it used to be.

  Rude staff. Extremely high prices for used goods. Goodwill must think it's some sort of luxury store! They are scamming the community, especially since everything is donated! Their name no longer aligns with what they say their mission is. Maybe it should be, illwill instead of Goodwill.They only items priced fairly/honestly, are the dining chairs.

  This place is always busy. And prices are really high. And all they put out are the things they feel they can't sell online. The only positive thing about this place are the employees who are very helpful and friendly. Goodwill has really gone down the drain..

  Bad deals selling computers at eBay prices and higher
