They often have great book deals on reader books for my son. You always have to check the dvds before buying. Some are scratched up and others don't even have a dvd inside. Staff is friendly.

WHY ARE PRICES SO HIGH?? I come to shop second hand for my children's clothing to save money and I end up spending what I would basically spend at target across the way. $3+ for a simple shirt or shorts.. ARE YOU KIDDING ME‼️ DO BETTER GOODWILL

Mainly just leaving a review because yesterday, a worker helping a customer, I’m assuming a manager or shift leader (with red glasses I think) take apart a lamp calls a different worker who’s organizing, cleaning and clearly just doing her job, and says “oh can you do this for me, because you’re not really doing anything haha” and just laughs loudly at her in a really condescending tone. It just made a few of us in line side eye each other. Don’t talk down to your employees? Don’t talk down to them in front of customers? 😭 Just made us uncomfortable.

Great store. Always lots of things to chose from. One of the best in the city.
Update. Prices have gone up. Not sure why when everything they have is free, they are donations. I have stopped supporting Goodwill's.

Friendly staff, quality selection of items. Didn’t notice stains or tears in linen and clothes. Excellent communication of store hours.

I don't suggest going here while the big security guard is working. He profiles and discriminates. He followed me and my child around the store the entire time and mad3 me feel really uncomfortable. He used intimidating tactics against me. I ended up walking out the store with nothing bc I was so annoyed and uncomfortable. He followed me outside in parking lot screaming about shoes. Very unstable behavior. I watched him bother other customers even outside in the parking lot. And forcing them to shake his hand. It was so weird.

I recently scheduled a donation pickup with Goodwill, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service! Dalton, Jeremiah, and Marquis were absolutely fantastic—professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They handled everything with care and made the experience smooth and stress-free. It’s great to see a team that truly values customer service while supporting a great cause. Thank you, Dalton, Jeremiah, and Marquis, for your kindness and hard work! I’ll definitely be donating with Goodwill again in the future.

What is going with Goodwill's prices?? Noticed the Sonic/Nintendo big lot was 450 WHOS PAYING THAT!!!. Anyway it was tag color ripped off but still read green. Which this week it was so it should be half off. Mind you for what's there it's not bad but you still got to pay taxes on it. I asked cashier what happens to the stuff if it doesn't sell it read 12/03/24 so it's been there 17 days. She mentioned it went to the back and is thrown or transferred to another store. Well that doesn't make any sense someone made the price surely you can make some other price to sell it to make your store money yet they chose to lose out on that option because it's not their price. This organization is making less and less sense.

ZERO STARS. Security guard pushing people out of the store 20 minutes before closing, moving all the way towards the front saying sections are closed.

I went in, the place was closed. The clerk was polite told me they were closed. I said no problem that I just wanted to peak anyway and I would be on my way. The security guard who heard this exchange decided to assert his authority despite me saying politely it was not a problem and I would be leaving, puffed his chest to assert dominance for some strange reason and got confrontational. “We’re closed, you need to get out!” He said forcefully as I had already turned to leave.
I won’t be returning as this security guard clearly is just itching for a fight, and I have no use for that. Which is a shame because I planned to return later today as the clerk was delightful and polite. But not with security who gives the impression they want to fight customers.
