Haven't been to this goodwill in a long while but today was waiting in line forever. 2 male employees talking putting up clothes and 2 girl employees talking and walking together and one lonely cashier doing all the checkouts. Of course she was super slow dont blame her I wouldn't like it if I was doing all the work either. Whoever runs this place should step back and reevaluate things. A customer shouldn't have to wait 15 minutes in line ever when there's plenty of employees in the store in plain sight.

Act like snobs but want you to donate your change. The employees of this store just permanently turned my answer into a no at every location from now on. Sorry. Treat people better.

I recently purchased a couch and was unable to pick it up due to a family emergency. Despite having the receipt and the return sticker, my attempt to get a refund was met with frustration. I waited for my money to be returned, but it never happened. When I finally visited the store, I learned about their policies, yet still left without a refund. This experience has been incredibly disappointing. Buyers beware!

Massively overprices. Basic picture frames for $16.99 a rusted through outside lantern with missing glass was $19.99. Store was very clean so that was a major positive.

I love the clothes here, I just want to tell you that I would like the prices on shoes and belts to be lower, I go to other goodwuill only for shoes and belts because I find them for 299 and I find shoes for 599 and even 299, some goodwuill have the most discounted shoes, and the belts, I hope here in San Pedro they lower the prices on this because that way I buy everything at once there, I have to visit others that do have them more discounted, I hope you don't mind my opinion, because it really is store has great things

There were some dang good finds! It was very clean and well kept and everyone was lovely! We were rung (wrung?)up by an employee named Kathy and goodness gracious she was an absolute angel! I'll definitely be coming back!

Nice store, but the prices are getting out of hand. Keep in mind, everything there was DONATED TO THEM FOR FREE. So, no, not paying 10 for items.
