Goodwill needs to post on their website and on the door that gloves are REQUIRED to shop at the outlet. Oh, if you don't have any, they are for sale...for $2.14 a pair. Really,Goodwill? Shame on you. Are you betting on customers wasting their time and gas to come to the store and then buying gloves? I'll not be spending a dime more and I'll be letting others know.

The clearance center has changed immensely I've been going since 2017 when they were behind a warehouse on Eisenhower back then it was awesome WAS, IT'S CHANGED SO MUCH ITS JUST NOT THE SAME.IMissThe nicer staff less chunk would be nice. And they don't sell glass anymore that's a turn off. Usually their furniture prices are high when they used to be extremely low. And honestly the last time I went I had three containers that did not weigh in the to get them for $5 so therefore they came to $7 a piece which I could have got them at Walmart for less than that SMH what a disappointment I didn't find nothing that day. Don't get me wrong I do find some good stuff sometimes but it's just different it's not the same.....

Nothing but broken junk in bins here. Thank god they made us wear (buy!) gloves here to start otherwise I'm sure I would have needed a tetanus shot after leaving. The only good selection they had was the computer selection, other than that, it was a heap of rejected trash they can't sell at any of their other stores. Extremely disappointed.

If you’re looking for a casual shopping experience, this is NOT the place for you. It’s a free-for-all when new bins come out—aggressive resellers shove, hoard, and destroy items just to get to Nike shoes and toys. Many good items end up broken in the chaos, making the whole experience frustrating and disappointing.
While the store tries to maintain organization, the strict rules and staff enforcement often make shopping feel more restrictive than enjoyable. Customers are frequently spoken to in a condescending manner, which only adds to the frustration.
Perhaps the most disheartening part is knowing that people donate items in hopes of them being put to good use, only for many to be carelessly smashed and ultimately trashed. If you’re expecting a worthwhile shopping experience, this isn’t the place. Not worth the stress.

I have now been coming to this clearance bins location for close to a year now. I have been to almost all of them in Texas except Houston. From what I have seen this location is run smoothly. Most of the staff is very friendly, the weekly or daily customers know the rules and follow them, so even outsiders won’t feel overwhelmed or afraid to return. Gloves are required! I have never not found something worth picking up, and I have noticed they have started carrying more clothes and glassware.

Haven't been inside but did drive through to donate items to them! I really like how they have everything laid out. You just drive in, park, place your items in the bin and that's it, drive away! Convenient and makes it easy to give back.

Must wear gloves? & go early to get a shopping cart? & get ready to get dirty it's like piles of stuff you have to dig?⚒️ but among the trash ?????????there's always good stuff you never know want you can find???? ????? ????????? for just a few dollars they go by weight

Zero stars! Management unprofessional, rude & no help at all. They get mad when questions are asked, they have 0 knowledge… they talk out of their behind!!! No one under the age of 15? Why because they don’t want to be liable??? ANYONE can get hurt ? Cheap!! & some parents can actually watch their kids!! KICK OUT THE PARENTS WHO DONT WATCH THEIR KIDS BUT THEY TAKE THE EASY WAY OUT, LAZY MANAGEMENT & STAFF
