Got junk? These guys make it easy, peasy, lemon squeezy. From what I gather, they'll take most anything. They give you a tax receipt, and they let you fill it in with what the value is. Think that dresser is worth a thousand bucks? Sure- take it up with the IRS, not these guys. They'll let you tag it with whatever price. When I go by here late at night, I see people just dropping stuff off- old furniture big screen televisions, dressers, dining room tables. Then, later at night, there's a crew that runs around and picks the late night deliveries over before the Goodwill Donation Station staff can arrive in the morning. The building is at the weird intersection of N New Braunfels and Nacogdoches at a five point stop across from the Carousel Court. It's a bummer that you can't shop anything at this store. There's no inventory here. They just take it in so they can send it out to other locations across town.

Quiet, clean location, pretty easily accessible. Employee greeted me in the parking lot to take my donation, offered the tax-refundable receipt, and took my things happily.

Great Experience! Hat's off to the team at Goodwill! I dropped off some old clothing on Sunday, July 5th. The Goodwill staff came out with a blue bin and asked if I needed assistance, Phillip, the Goodwill staffer who helped me was courteous, professional and he was wearing a mask! Thank you Goodwill for a job well done!

This was my first time going to a donation-only Goodwill. Normally I drop off at the Goodwill stores with a drive through donation area on the side. When I arrived at this location on Sunday, I could see three Goodwill staff inside. One of them made some hand gesture to me, but I didn't understand what he meant. So I opened my door and another staff member makes a gesture to me as if to say 'what do you want?' When I got out of the car, I asked him if I was supposed to drive around or something. He said with some attitude, "No, we close at 6pm." The time was 5:52pm, so I don't see what the problem was being that I only had one bag of clothing to drop off. What else do they have to do except throw it in a blue bin? After he took the bag out of the trunk, I politely said thank you and he replied with an insincere thank you. As I drove away, I looked backed and they turned off the neon "open" sign and were starting to lock the doors. It was now 5:53pm. Before the guy could lock the second door, another car pulled in to donate items, so he had to come out and get those. I imagine he gave the other donor a hard time too. This is not the first time I've seen Goodwill staff get attitude with donors. Time to find somewhere else to go.
