Don't go here if you just need a state inspection, unless you don't mind waiting for hours 🤣 I called to see if I needed to make an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait and they said just come on in! I wish I could have made an appointment! they are really nice though!

They do ok with oil changes and inspections but won't patch older tires (forced to spend over $200 for a new one). While i was waiting saw them try to give another customer the same rap about where the nail was in the tire "should get a new one". I will never go here for tire work again.

I brought my car for a core-scheduled oil change. I arrived 20 mibutescearly. Rheceirk did not begin until 90 minutes after the scheduled appointment time.

While some of the employees thative dealt with are nice, they take FOREVER!!! i got there at 12:10 pm or so this afternoon. I just left there and its 7:20 pm. All they did.... ALL THEY DID was an oil change, they fixed a flat and rotated the tires. The only reason i went was because its a Lyft vehicle and the only place i can take it to is Goodyear. The one off topperwein is JUST as bad!! Next time i guess ill try the one off bandera. I specifically asked if it was going to take awhile and i was told no. My daughter had an appt that i missed. I had a scheduled ride with lyft that i missed. I expected to be there an hour, max 2 hours. Not 7! Thats RIDICULOUS!!!! A lady who was there had called on saturday (today is monday) and made an appt to bring her car in today at 9 am. They didnt even get her car on the bay until 4, they didnt finish her car until 6-630. Myself i had to actually ask for my keys because the guy never brought it in. Didn't tell them that he was done. I watched him park my car and i waited 5 min before i got up and said something. No way EVER should it have ever taken that long! Insane!!

I came to this Goodyear because the AC machine was down at the Bandera location. This location did not want to do the diagnostic of the work from a Goodyear branch completed on May 30, 2024. They wanted to charge me 420 for a 90 part and charge an insane amount for labour. They wanted to charge 280 for freon that is 20 at AutoZone. They didn't put all my spark plugs back and my car ended up fixing on the way back to TN. They were just trying to over charge an out of female towner. I do not recommend going there at all

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Aaron at Goodyear auto service. He was incredibly disrespectful, insulting, and should never work with people. On top of that, the shop's negligence resulted in my friend's car being totaled while driving down the road. The lack of responsibility and care for customers is shocking. I strongly advise against ever going to this shop. Stay away at all costs. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I had a tire repair on one tire. Dropped off my car @ 920am. Called at 10am. Was told they were just getting started on my vehicle.
I decided to go back and wait. Knowing it was ONE tire repair.
I didn’t leave until 1150am!!!
I did notice the tech was working in slow motion. After he was done with my car he drove it out to the parking lot & went back inside the shop, sat @ his box, put in earbuds & ate while he was fumbling w/my paperwork.

If you value your time don't stop here. I was the first one in, to have a screw removed from my tire. An hour and a half later, I finally ask about the status of my car. ONLY then am I told that they can't fix my tire due to the location of the puncture. But we can sell you some air filters. AN HOUR AND A HALF IT TOOK THEM TO TELL ME THAT. AND THAT'S BECAUSE I ASKED. AND NO, I DIDN'T ASK FOR YOU TO CHECK MY AIR FILTERS. I have been here before and they ALWAYS TAKE A VERY LONG TIME. But this was uncalled for. Maybe 15 - 20 minutes to look at the tire and let me know that they can't fix it.

Waited almost 2 hours for a state inspection, I’ve never been anywhere else where I’ve waited more than 15 mins from entering to leaving for an inspection. If I could give 0 stars, I would have.

Quality auto shop but limited stock on hand - went online and made my appointment and preselected my tires, but when I arrived, they were not actually in stock, so I had to go with more expensive tires. It's not ideal, but the service was still good and probably less of a wait than some of the bigger shops like Discount Tire, Walmart, etc. Just wish the website was more accurate about stock in hand.
