Disappointed that we checked in on the app. When we arrived, we were listed as #1 on list. Instead, the two “stylist” decided to keep their appointments and service three people who were walk ins. Skipping my children.
Why have an app? Why not honor order of check ins?
Total wait time was over an hour.

Terrible, terrible haircut carried out on my teenage daughter. She showed Virginia a photo of the cut she wanted, which was a shag, same cut she went in with but just wanting a trim, and she came out with a very bad boy haircut that was way too short and butchered. After driving off not really understanding how Virginia got the haircut so wrong, we returned to confront her only to have her tell us that she had to go that short on the sides and top because my daughter wanted her hair off her neck. Made no sense to us. My hair is above the neck and is still long on the top and sides. I truly believe this woman does not know how to cut hair. Biggest mistake we ever made letting her touch my daughter's hair. Never again will I go back to this place for a any of my family's haircuts. My daughter's tears have made the lesson clear.
Stylist: Virginia was terrible and refused to acknowledge how badly she cut my daughter's hair.

They cut my son’s hair decent and very fast it was pretty choppy in some places and not blended too well but he does have very thin hair so it can be hard. Mostly just giving them 3 stars because it smells SOOOOO BAADDD in there ? we went at 10am so idk why it stunk but it smelt like septic.

Yvette styled my hair exactly as I requested, executing a 'drop down fade' with impressive skill and expertise. This was my first time trying this particular style, and I am thoroughly pleased with the result. Her professionalism and knowledge were evident throughout the process. I truly appreciate her work and will definitely be returning because of her outstanding service. Kudos to Yvette!

I was a little nervous about getting a trim on my hair but my stylist Yvette made me feel comfortable the steps she was doing from the length to the long layers I was getting. I felt welcome walking in as I was greeted in. Thank you for making my hair feel and look amazing.

Bad experience, my daughter had a little dandruff and the worker told her that she couldn't cut it because it had nits, it was very embarrassing and disrespectful, my whole family came here, but we will not return.
