Outstanding Haircut Experience with Michelle at Great Clips
I’m usually hesitant to try a new stylist, but when I needed a quick trim and couldn’t get in with my regular barber, I decided to give Michelle at Great Clips a shot. Right from the start, her professionalism and friendly demeanor put me at ease.
Michelle’s attention to detail is second to none. She listened carefully to exactly what I wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and took her time ensuring every angle was perfect. The end result looked even better than I imagined, and I left feeling confident my hair was at its best.
I’ll definitely be returning—and as long as Michelle is there, she has a loyal client in me!

Very fast that my stylist forgot to cross check my hair. I asked for a trim to make my hair grow out even ( basic bob ) stylist was so fast entire cut took maybe 10 minutes and when I got home I noticed she completely forgot about right side. Now I’m left with uneven short layers to the left side of my hair and completely long hair to the right . I recommend you cross check before you leave. My hair is so horrible 😞

I was very detailed about how I wanted my haircut. The lady said she understood, but by the time she was done it looked awful. I was so sad and frustrated. Too much hair was cut from the length. I asked for only 2 inches to be taken off. I asked for my face frame to be trimmed as well. The face frame I had was subtle, split down the center with long layers, and already in place. She grabbed a chunk of hair from the center, pulled it forward and chopped it off at the cheek bone. My hair feels so thin now. All she had to do was follow how my hair was already cut. My hair is too curly and thick for its length to be compromised in any area. At least for the way I like it styled. I’m so upset and emotional over the entire experience. I tried to style it with a blowout brush today and then straighten it. That top layer is cut so random and ridiculously short all the way across. It pulls up and poofs out and is so noticeably awkward. I’m so sad and there’s nothing I can do to fix it. I am just stuck this way until it all grows out again.
**Edit: I wish I would have read reviews on this place because this seems to be a consistent issue here. I hope others read the reviews first.

MY previous rating kinda still applies but it has a lot to do with the locations and hair dressers or cosmopolitan. I have to give them details on my haircut but even times I see they didn't really have ears or eyes to cut my hair and even changed once mid course becuz she was being the really unpleasant and refused to accept my way to get my hair cut. Thank the young lady that did so much better I'm glad I called that. Absolutely ridiculous.
I don't need to be told customer service is a plus but at times I get confused how people want you to tip but don't want to earn it. In other countries they didn't have a tipping requirement. Really
