I wasn't planning to leave a review but they asked for one! I took my just turned 6 year old for a haircut and he asked me to stand next to him while he got his haircut. When I walked over to him, my 9 year old followed me and was berated/yelled at by another stylist because he wasn't allowed in that area. A little understanding and patience would have been appreciated. Will not be returning to this location.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had at your salon. I brought my son in for a haircut, and although it initially seemed like the service would be adequate, we were forced to wait much longer than I considered reasonable, especially since the salon was not busy at that time and there were no other customers on line or scheduled.
What was most frustrating was the lack of customer attention during the time we were waiting. Good service not only involves the quality of the haircut but also punctuality and the willingness to make the customer feel comfortable and valued. Unfortunately, on this occasion, these aspects were overlooked.
I decided to leave before my son was attended to, as the experience did not meet my expectations nor the standards of service one should expect at a professional salon, specially if you are a regular customer and come at least twice a month.

I get great service and a great haircut every time I go there. I have been a repeat customer there for the past year. I go to the Churchill location off of Huebner.

asked for an inch off, two MAX and she cut almost 5 off. my hair was almost down to my butt and now it sits below my shoulders

Roxie cut my hair today and totally ruined it, leaving it noticeably uneven in the back, with one section nearly two inches longer than the rest. The layers are choppy and inconsistent, as if they were cut at random. Despite my usual side part, she insisted on parting my hair down the middle. I requested a face-framing cut, but she failed to blend the sides properly—one side even has a noticeable chunk missing behind the ear. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of precision and attention to detail. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this salon.

Just trying to get my hair cut before my birthday party tonight. Checked in online at 4:18, given 34 min wait, 2 people ahead of me. Arrive at 4:48, one person getting a hair cut, the other waiting. Left at 5:07 with 2 people still ahead of me. Got a text at 5:15 saying there's only 15 minutes left to wait, cool! Respect people's time. Some people can chat and work and not lose any productivity. For others, their pace grinds to a halt when they chat. Just telling you what I observed. Will be looking for another location, which is not convenient for me.

We had a customer service issue, and the owner Jesse rectified it right away. We are grateful for this owner professionalism and quick service. Roxie and the stylists do great at short men’s haircuts!

I check in online. I got to the store 5 minutes before my waiting time it was another costumer after me and they called him before. So what the point to check in online if they are going to do first come first serve doesn't make any sense

Lindsey has been cutting my hair and doing a great job. She uses metal clippers and they do a better job than the plastic clippers most ppl use when giving a buzz cut. Plus, she’s easy going and there on the weekend when I like to get my hair cut. Highly recommend Lindsey
