Customer service is always good and price is fine. Stopped by in a pinch a few times and always ended up having to go over everything again later. But hey, you get what you pay for.

Came in here because I have an engagement of my sister and they did get me right one time before so I thought they have notes on my hair maybe they will get me right again. But this time it was awful and right when I needed it they cut too much of my top hair and made my cut look horrible.
After haircut was done she didn’t even line me up with razor or nothing just barely bare minimum.
This is the second time I get disappointed by great clips and not going back again. (They call what’s in the picture a fade by the way!)

They didn’t cut my hair right went too short and the cut was crooked one side longer the other side went long then really short then long it was a mess .

Customer service was 10 out 10. Lady and me were talking and laughing. I went in for a hair wash and for them to straighten my hair. No complaints on the hair wash but when I left I was left looking like a poodle. Lady was very apologetic that the straightener wasn't the greatest, that it didn't do the job. I was told I can fix it when it get home 🤦♀️. I wish I would've took a before and after picture but I didn't think this was going to happen. I usually don't complain or give reviews unless there good ones, which I was because the customer service of the lady who was doing the service was very friendly. My low rating comes from the lady my guess is the manager who was very rude. I paid $50 and that's because I have short hair to get my hair straighten and $10 for wash. Like I said nothing against the wash. I don't mind paying that much but she saw my hair and didn't even care. She was so worried about not having change. I only had $100 bill but my change was only $30 because I still gave the lady a $10 tip it wasn't her fault I think. She even went out her way to get change either from her car or a place of business. I paid $50 for a crappy outcome. Never again that's for sure. I should've stuck to my regular spot.

9:15 am My husband and i Checked in me first 9min wait one person taken to a seat already 3 stylist there ayoung women came and looked at the check in and took my husband firstledr me now with a 22 mi wait this made me very uncomfortable so I left to wait in the car while my husband got a hair cut will get my hair cut and spend my money elsewhere . Will never recomend or comeback ery bad customer service.

Our first time trusting Michelle with my twin boys hair and let me tell you, she’s a wizard with scissors.
Her attention to detail is on point, and she was very quick and efficient! Thanks Michelle! We will def be back to this location.

checked in on the app & a zero minute wait time populated. When I arrived, I was told they’re seeing a couple ladies 1st & the next available barber will take me. I waited 10 minutes & left when the wait time at the store changed to 30+ minutes

Took my 81 year old mom yesterday, the lady working there didn’t want to be there , made it very clear hated her job..Rude , rolled eyes when my poor mom just said I want a trim.. Lady (with the tattoos) said I need to know what you want exactly.. Yhen just walked off into back room leaving my poor mom just sitting there. I got me mom and walked out the door, went down street to great clips on Woodlake. Got the service we deserved..

Went in for a haircut and as soon as I walked in the employee sighed and said "what do you want" I asked if she/he could do a shag cut and she/he said " we don't do anything fancy here, you need to go to a actual salon for any complicated haircuts". I asked did she/he could cut my hair and they gave me the ugloest look and said " I guess". I sat on the chair and felt so uncomfortable/unsafe that I told them nevermind that I would go somewhere else and they were like "OK"
The individual has short hair, on the heavier side, Caucasian, and with tattoos. I'm sure they were female.
But they completely made me uncomfortable with how rude and angry they were being. This was several weeks ago. I am not coming back to location or company again.
