If you have a tangled matted hair like I did on Thursday August 14th do not come here I was refused service and was told yall were not allowed to try and attempt to untangle my hair. I did not appreciate being told this and having to be turned away was not acceptable I won’t be a returning customer due to the lack of service and wasted my time saying my hair would have to be cut short. I like my long hair so it can be braided but no I was automatically turned away. Yall should have put me in a bowl or used hair spray even to try and get the knot out of my hair but no I was told. were not allowed to mess with it. I go to a hair braid place bandera and 1604 and said the place closed at 7pm not one did yall try and attempt to help me untangle the matted big knot out of my hair.
I will not be returning here due to the lack of service.

When in there Sunday afternoon July 14 and this lady name Mary attended me she was so much in a rush to cut my hair and while cutting my hair all she keep saying is I'm cutting it then I will style your hair didn't care how she was cutting because she was so much in a rush to leave she left my hair shorter around my left ear and my hair is longer on right side of my ear. My hair was cut very uneven now I have to wear a hat until I can get my hair fix . What happen to satisfying your customers and making them happy and satisfied. Very unprofessional ?

Today I got a bad haircut. First and foremost, there was a younger woman with short hair that had a very nasty potty mouth and was cursing every other word while chatting with her own customer/client. It was very unprofessional. As for the haicut, the Asian woman was very kind and nice but my haircut was uneven and I had long hair in certain spots like behind my ears. I had to fix it myself once I got home and even then so I could only do so much to make it look better. Would not recommend this place due to the unprofessional environment and lack of care towards haircuts.

Worst haircut of my life. Gave me a lopsided haircut. Had to constantly instruct him what to do so i wouldnt walk out looking like a 5 year old cut my hair. Not sure his nane but he had a heart carved on the back of his head. Hes the guy with zero personality. I believe he works at Bulverde location too.
***Update: I would like to thank the manager because she gave me a full refund. I appreciate that!!***

It was not the best service the day I went. Waited, and the two employees went back and forth about getting things done to close. It was 7, and I got it they wanted to go home. I walked out without a hair cut.

I’m not going to name names because I don’t want to affect anyone’s wallet, but there is a lady that works here who won’t cut my kids hair right. It’s been 3 times and she refuses to do what I ask. All three times I’ve asked for her to fix it and I’ve gotten attitude. For the first time in my 40 years of life I haven’t tipped. I won’t be back.
