Mid cuts the last few times I’ve gone. It’s extremely important to note that Great Clips is always a gamble unless you manage to stick with a good barber, and so far I haven’t found one here. What I have found are the ones I definitely don’t want again.
It’s frustrating to spend both time and money only to walk away with a haircut that I either need to fix myself or wait weeks to grow out. Even worse, I often find myself having to coach a licensed professional step by step on how to cut my hair, which shouldn’t be the case.
Consistency and skill matter a lot in something as personal as a haircut, and unfortunately I haven’t had that experience here. Until the quality improves or I can find a reliable barber within the shop, I’ll probably be looking elsewhere.

I was checking ked in quickly although the past two times I have gone,my cut have been almost unfinished. The stylist has not been trimming around my ears nor the base of my neck. Previously she had done the same thing but on one side only. I came home and had my wife finish the jobs twice with clippers at home.

Worst experience with cutting my hair.
I went to 5601 Bandera Rd, Ste 102.
The stylist was Lupita Lorenzo & GM was Natalie.
Lupita completely messed up my hair and the Gm was no help either went I went today. I did get my rerun back but didn’t give me the tip back so I actually went back to get the tip back because they were no help at all. I was literally crying worst job ever. I wish I could upload pictures of how bad my hair was left. Please ladies do your research and try to go to the best place you can go. Because these people don’t care. 2 years of trying to grow my hair for someone to messed it up. And GM not care enough. I wouldn’t even give it 1 star.

Coming to this location, I was assigned a newer stylist who unfortunately made an uneven cut in my hair. I only discovered this when I had come home and they had closed.
I always hate to be that person to come in and complain about a service that didn’t meet my expectations. Carlos, the manager on duty, greeted me immediately and heard my concerns. He IMMEDIATELY apologized and sat me down in a chair. In and out within 5 minutes with perfectly even hair. He thanked me for coming in and apologized once more.
Carlos truly knows how to listen to clients, solve issues in a timely manner, and makes you feel important. 10/10 management

This visit was only good until I said something about how I like to have my haircut. They complained in Spanish ~ Which is not a problem since I understood it. But was unappreciated. Haircut was so so ~ not worth the full price paid plus tip ~

It was a great experience. There was no wait time, at least when I went in. I didn't really know what I wanted to do with my hair but the experts were able to help me :). It was clean. I had attempted to cut my own hair, a task I will never attempt again.... Better to leave it to the experts :)
