Brought my kids for back to school cuts. My son has a perm and it’s always so hard to find someone who cuts it well but Alyre did a PHENOMENAL job. My daughter doesn’t like her hair cut but finally agreed to one and her stylist, Monday, did so so so good. We will be back. Honestly the first good experience I’ve had at a Great Clips in a long time

I checked in and arrived about 14 minutes late. I explained the situation to the lady at the front desk, but her attitude was terrible. It feels like the employees either aren’t paid enough or are just always in a bad mood. Every time I’ve been there, they seem bitter and speak rudely. They really need to improve their customer service. I’d recommend going somewhere else to get your hair cut.

Terrible Experience with Online Check-In Process & Customer Service
I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this Great Clips, and I feel the need to share so others are aware. I signed up online for a 2-person appointment, when I arrived, the waiting list also showed me “1+ person.” I went up to the screen for check in , and a staff member checked me in for just one person. I explained that I signed up for 2, and she told me, “I don’t know,” that’s how my system works. just dismissive service.
It was clear that the staff seemed untrained with register system or unwilling to handle the situation. It could handle batter way
To make matters worse, there were a couple of rude women inside who were arguing with me for just simple check in problem, creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere. If you’re going to rely on an online booking system, you really need to make sure it works, and your staff should be trained to handle these situations with professionalism and courtesy.
I won’t be returning, and I highly suggest others look elsewhere for better service and reliability.
I would request owner please check and listen camera for this Conversation 🙏 since you open last year, I was regular here but anyway it’s fine.

Really poor service had my friend checked in with me and even after reaching there we saw the names on screen with +1 and they said there was only one check in. They started arguing about that even after telling them to check the camera to make sure. There could be a better way to resolve this issue but they just denied to accept their fault. Love going to get my haircut there! Close to work and the service is always great! Joe is awesome at cutting hair and always makes me feel welcome! Joe also speaks Spanish for those that don’t have the best English, ask for Joe!
