Friendly staff, but not a one of them is competent enough to cut hair. Been 3 times and every time they mess up my hair. The assistant manager literally said to me “when you leave, you’ll be happy with your haircut.”I can assure you, I was not.

Ms. Red, (a nickname), cut my hair at another location where she was just helping out for the day. She did such a wonderful job, I asked where she usually worked. This location was the answer. I called to make sure she was there and got another great haircut. I will continue to return to enjoy Ms. Red cutting my hair.

Had the most horrible experience today. Unaware of waiting time on waiting list bumped us to last on list as a walk-in when we arrived. The did not say anything till last minute when we decided to walk out.. very unprofessional. They woman who was addressing us did not even bother looking at us as we stood there to see what she would say. Does she always do this to customers or what? Does she not like her job? We've been there a couple of times and her face says it all... We still came back cause the other girl cuts hair really good regardless of this womans attitude.. we ended up paying 30 dollars for a barbers haircut which in will come back to.. it's funny how the whole purpose is to have customer service in which this place lacks.. so sad ..word of mouth should mean plenty to a haircut place like Great Clips... Have a good day.

Omg, Gloria was wonderful with me. She took her time with my thinning hair and brought life back into it. She was so warm and endearing. We shared a heartfelt conversation all the while she was so attentive to keeping everything even on my layer and length. What a great experience overall even for arriving less than an hour to close.Service: Haircut

I checked in online because I am on a tight schedule. I arrived 15 minutes before my time and was 2nd in line behind the person that was currently getting their hair cut. Their was one other person there before me but he had checked in after me so was listed 3rd in line.When the only employee there finished with the person in the chair she called the guy up who was behind me. So this means that there really is no online checking but first come first serve. Why do you advertise that you can check in online???

If there is. Away to rate 0 I will do so.The service I did receive is really so bad. In less than 2 minutes, the hair stylist (Haydee) told me that’s good after I told her what I wanted. Then I was asking her to cut on this part, this part because it was really bad.At a certain point, I wanted to just get the hell out of the salon for the job that she is doing.I paid and went somewhere else to get my hair cut fixed after the horrible job she gave me (no edge trimming, some areas she did cut too much, in some areas the hair too long, ….etc)Never go to this place again.Service: Haircut

Good haircuts that go easy on your wallet. Very friendly and gentle personnel working here, not like other places I've been where they leave my scalp irritated. I like the convenience of signing in using the app and letting me know how long I have to wait. Removed 1 star due to inconsistent haircut quality based on the barber experience.
