The specialist that gave me haircut was SARAH, she is the most caring representative for Great Clips that has cut my hair in a long time!! She is a very polite person & she does a very good job!!

i typically would NEVER post something like this a lot of the times for flawed hair mistakes I’d write it off as “it’s just hair and it will grow back.”
In this case although it is just hair this haircut definitely brought up a lot of emotions of frustration, and just sadness.
July 3rd, I went for a haircut for 2 inches of my hair to be cut off, long layers, and a face frame. Unfortunately, this is what I got uneven face frame that didn’t even start correctly.
I spoke with a manager Sunday, and they shared I would soon hear from corporate since I had already filed a complaint unfortunately, I have not heard from them still. I spent $30, and then HAD TO GO TO ULTA for them to fix the mistake that they stylist made and in total spent $80 to fix a $30 haircut mistake. PLEASE save your money, I am also a college student and chose to go here because they are budget friendly, and this one encounter literally ruined everything. I will not ever be back.

Kat did a great job today! I was in and out in 15 minutes with a great haircut, even though I didn’t know exactly what I wanted when I came in. Definitely will be back again!
