I will NEVER be going back to this great clips. Perhaps never going to any great clips again. I asked for a 1 on the sides and leave the top and back how they were. She proceeds to give me a 3 on the sides and back then argues when I ask for the 1. She gives me a 1 and when I ask for a 1 again she gives me attitude. Great clips used to be a good value but now it’s just as expensive as sport clips.

My hair was very long and damaged from the summer pools etc. I went in knowing I’d get a bunch cut off and had a picture to show what I wanted. I told her I wanted to keep it as long as I could possibly keep it.
First photo is what I wanted and others is what I got. It’s so bad it looks like my 5 year old did it! I’m so upset. Only way to fix it is to go shorter and I don’t want that.
I got a refund but that’s all. ??♀️ I work at a school and this hair Is unacceptable. I’m at a loss for words and how to deal with this.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with this location either.
My husband and sons come here… We won’t ever be going back.

I’ve thought about cutting my hair for months and I thought today is the day. Was greeted by a lady named Vanessa. She was super nice and very down to earth. I’m a stickler for those kind of people. I told her I wanted a blunt cut BOB. It might be the most PERFECT bob I’ve ever seen in my life. I’ve already gotten sooooooo many compliments on it!!! One person even said “It looks like someone took their time to cut every piece strand by strand.” Nope. I was in and out of her chair. She’s just that darn good at her craft! Thank you Vanessa…for the BEST haircut I’ve ever had!!! You ROCK

I went this morning for a haircut that was a typical no-brainer. My stylus name was Vanessa Burma after my cut. I went home and dried my hair and it looked horrible. I immediately went back to the shop, and told her that I had asked her to stack the back of my hair, she immediately said to me,” it is stacked!” I sent to her very nicely. There are absolutely no layers in the back of my hair and I would like you to correct it. She did with a horrible attitude. My former stylist at this location, Bulverde at 1604, left for another location and I can guarantee you I will never come back here.

I said a zero on the sides and the lady cut all my hair in the back and said when people tell us a zero on the sides they assume they mean the back also. I'm a manager at a fast food and I don't assume I know people's orders or assume what there gonna drink that was a pathetic answer I got and it wasn't even the girl cutting my hair that answered it was a different hairstyles that answered for her

Worse experience! I am regular customer at Bulverde location for a while now. Unfortunately this was worse experience. I tried to check in online but website was down. So I decided to go to the location cause it said 0 minutes wait time. Reached the location at 7:42pm but the old lady there refused service because they close at 8:00pm. This is ridiculous when the website shows closing time at 8:00 pm and the door is open, and you refused the service specifically when a customer driving from far. It would be better if there's a cutoff time for taking customer so people don't waste their time and gas!!!

I asked for curtain bangs and a trim. I'm very easy and the girls just seemed unhappy to be there. I asked for more layers and the girl cutting my hair just seemed annoyed so I told her never mind. And just let the service be done. It was my first time and I probably won't be returning sadly because of the environment. I don't want to be feel uncomfortable or not welcomed like that.

I came at 2:38 and they close at 3 today. 2 of them were in the middle of cutting. My cut is super simple but they turned me away smh. I came before they closed with enough time to spare. Never coming to any great clips again. That was my last straw with them.

I’ve been paying close attention about how accurate are the window times estimated by GC booking system to customers. Overall, I experienced around 20 min over the time estimate for my appointment. This location, in particular, be very careful when you park your car, the obnoxious customers from the liquor store next door some are DUI drivers.
