Manager was one of the rudest people I’ve ever come across from the get go. I couldn’t believe that she’s the manager. I tried explaining what I wanted and just because she wasn’t understanding, she made me feel stupid for even requesting it. I realized how rude she was being and as I was leaving before she even started, she looked at my hair with disgust as if it was it was so bad that I’d be making a mistake to leave like that

A young guy lied to me and told me he didn't have shears and couldn't thin my hair. Pressed it then he finally went and got some and thinned out very minimally of what I wanted. He also cut my hair too short and was rushing me out. Didn't clean me up or anything. Left with hair all over my body.

Pretty unprofessional and constantly changing staff. I visited this store as it's close to where I live. The first experience was better. The second time on a Friday, I was on a 75 minute wait-list so I confirmed with the store that I can come there after like 70 minutes, when I came back, they said I have a wait-list of more than a hour. The third visit was awful. I went to a beard trim and the lady was just focused on running the trimmer as fast as she can and kick the customer out. I will never recommend this store and might actually stop going to any great clips.

Lady who cut my hair today literally just trimmed my neck. Nothing else. Then proceeded to charge me a full haircut in-front of her coworker who said nothing this morning. Looked at prices posted and a simple neck trim is 9 bucks and this lady even said she gave me a “discount” of 2 dollars. Have people out her furloughed and still taking advantage. Avoid this place. Definitely out to make a buck and don’t care about the clients in the area

Walked in and was seen within 10 minutes. Mario did a great job with my low mid fade. The cut was good, quick and I couldn’t have asked for more.

I lived in Corpus Christi Texas until 2022 moved to San Antonio Texas and I visited Great Clips.
I finally found my barber Annette is the person I highly recommend.
Annette listens to your request and is an excellent barber.
She is a people person and can cut men’s and women’s hair.
My wife and I both enjoy our visits and are very pleased with our haircuts.

Went in to get a trim for dead ends and walked into 3doors down 'here without you' playing. I checked in and was quickly seen by the only woman cutting hair which I thought might have been a god send someone who might have some skill with attending to long hair. I was wrong, I sat down and nothing but clippers were laid out not a wand or straightener in sight. Oh god what did I do,before I could realize what was happening the cape with the little paper collar was secure on me and I figured they can't mess up so bad. Sitting there conversation was overheard of a man asking what the difference between sports clips and great clips, I thought to myself there is no difference and just as fast as as the cape came on the scissors started cutting after a while I was turned in the chair and saw a mother and son both coming in for buzz cuts my heart sank further. Now this story is riddled with opportunity where I could have just jumped out of the chair and fled mid cut but I figured it could always be undone with another cut at the right place. In short you get what you pay for and the layers were not blended. Im sure they do a great buzz cut mother and son looked great at least. Service was fast. I suppose everyone has a story of why they dont go back to great clips and this will be one to keep me away for a long long time. I hope you can laugh with me.

Absolute rubbish, Never EVER come to this place unless you want to have cuts on your neck and random little hairs that weren’t cut. I have no idea how these people got their licenses to cut hair but they obviously need to have it revoked because of the horrible amount of times they have screwed up my haircut. If I could I would give this zero stars. NEVER GO HERE!

Very good service and conversation. Only downgraded 1 star since hair uneven on top. Attempted to adjust myself with clippers. May go back to straighten it out!

I understand Great Clips is cheap & affordable but GO ELSEWHERE. No skilled hairstylist here at this location.
Nothing but women who cannot cut hair or do fades. Stay away from the old ladies unless you want a chopped fade. Keep in mind, this photo was AFTER she was corrected of her choppy fade. It was way worse before she was corrected.
