I went in to the salon today only to receive the worst haircut in my life. The gentleman that was cutting my hair can clearly not take directions on how I wanted my haircut.
I told him I wanted the top untouched except a little to be taken from the bangs.
That clearly didn't happen. Total haircut time was 4 minutes with one other customer waiting.
If you care about the customer than why cut hair. I feel like I look like butters from Southpark.

I had a wonderful experience with Jasmine at Great Clips. She is extremely professional, patient, and truly listens to what you want. She took the time to understand my preferences and delivered a haircut that exceeded my expectations. Jasmine’s attention to detail and friendly attitude made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. I walked out feeling confident and happy with my hair. Highly recommend Jasmine to anyone looking for a skilled and reliable hairstylist!

Does anyone have Alexis's contact information? I always knew he would be leaving this place because of his talent and attention to details. That is why the waiting rooms were always full of clients choosing to wait over an hour to sit in his chair. The sad thing is that I was out of town when he left and I was unable to get the contact information for his newest location. I wish that guy nothing but the best and I hope someone could share his location so we can continue to support him.
For now, my family and I will be going elsewhere for our haircuts.. remaining staff is all about turning chairs rather than ensuring quality cuts.

Edit: I highly recommend All-Starz barber directly across the street from this location. Wait times are minimal and their barbers are fully trained *before* they take a pair of scissors to your head
As a paying client, I shouldn’t be the one to tell you that you don’t charge for training sessions. I don’t fault the trainee for this awful, awful, terrible haircut, but the trainer who came and checked her work and still left my hair looking like uneven and half done while charging me full price.
I strongly recommend partnering with local homeless community services and offering free services for training. It’s a great way to help them have at least hygienic hair, even if it isn’t the best cut, and keeps corporate greed from charging *FULL PRICE* for a training cut. Get it together, management.

This location is always pleasant to visit. After having a series of bad visits down the road at Stevens Ranch with one particular stylist, and after complaining and no change being made, I began driving past that one to Grosenbacher for a way better experience.

Just received haircut and beard trim. Worst decision. Most of my beard is gone and didn’t even line it up. No effort whatsoever. Cut more hair off than I wanted also. If I put a picture of my beard on here I would be laughed at. Damn what a miserable experience

I wanted to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to the Great Clips at Grosen Crossing Center. I was disheartened to learn that Alexis and Alex, the two hairstylists I trusted for both my son’s and my haircuts, are no longer working there.
During my latest appointment, I found that the current staff struggled to meet basic expectations. For instance, after requesting a subzero cut, I noticed missed hairs above my sideburns upon returning home, which I had to trim myself using beard clippers. Additionally, when asked if I wanted to clean up the front hairline, I requested an edge-up, but this was not done as instructed.
Alexis and Alex consistently delivered excellent service, and their absence has significantly impacted the quality of haircuts at this location. I’ve witnessed other customers leaving dissatisfied as well. It appears that the remaining employees may not fully understand client preferences, which risks losing loyal customers like myself.
I hope the new management recognizes the value that Alexis and Alex brought to the salon. As for me, I am currently looking for alternative places to get my son’s haircut.

I went to get a haircut, and a young man ended up cutting my hair. When I left, my hair was wet, so I couldn't really see how it looked. However, once it dried, I realized my hair looked chopped and my layers didn’t blend at all. I specifically asked for long layers, but whatever I got is not what I wanted—it's too short to fix now! I'm really sad because my hair looks a mess, and it's obvious to everyone. It seems like a toddler got a hold of some scissors! I asked for about 4 inches to be cut off, but they took off way more than that. Please, don’t go to this place. Now, I'm stuck living with this until it grows back. 😩

My daughter can be quite a challenge when it comes to cutting her hair; she's been clinging to her baby hair for ten years! Thankfully, Ashley Hernandez at Great Clips is always so patient and wonderful with kids who have anxieties. She takes the time to guide them through the entire process. Truly, she's a blessing.

The young man who cut my hair had no idea what he was doing. He barely cut my hair and didn't cut the same amount on both sides. He didn't do a layered cut which is what I asked for. He cut some off the bottom. A little off the top and didn't even touch the back of my hair. It was a terrible cut and I will not go back to that store.
