Horrendous. One time I had a great experience from the lady with purple died hair and the other two I had to come home and re-cut my hair after paying twenty dollars. I will not come here again.

All the ladies there are fantastic cosmetologists. They are all very friendly and always great you with a smile. They do a great job on cutting my hair just the way I like it.

I asked for something I’ve always gotten. I don’t do anything crazy I just like so have the front part of my hair longer than the back because I have anxiety and play with the front of my hair. But apparently doing exactly want I wanted which is very simple caused them to complain to tell them I should go to someone else. Mam, I’m already sat down. No small talk no how was my day. Bad serious. Smhhhh dudeee it’s just layers and making some parts shorter.

I had an appointment and when I walked in the green haired lady stated they weren’t taking any walk ins. I stated I had my name down Lilliana. She said oh yes I saw it but now it shows your name was removed so I can’t take you. The place wasn’t closed yet and there was no one waiting. The ladies had their purses on and standing around. What’s the point of driving 20 mins with an appointment to be turned away

Why... why is it so difficult to get a decent haircut from you all. Not a great cut or even a good cut but at a minimum, a decent cut. I've tried all your nearby locations, same people, different people, and it's always the same. You all miss spots, too high a fade on one side, too low on the other. Been with you all for years, but I'm paying too much money for a haircut that looks this bad. Your people are great... but the skill is lacking. I'm done...

I wanted a simple trim. I was treated very professionally and my stylist was very pleasant. She did exactly what I asked for. The place was clean, organized and I'll definitely be returning.
