Soooo disappointed. Got home, to open my box with the purse I purchased, & the purse in the box was not even the one I purchased…I know we are all human & we make mistakes, but Jeeze, I guess I should’ve double checked before I walked out but you would think after spending $3K + that you wouldn’t need to & that all parties involved got your order right. Other than that, Briana is so sweet, knows all about GUCCI & other designer bags if you need some advice. Now, I have to make another trip & hoping that they have the one I purchased..

Ledy was so sweet and helpful. Very professional and offered me a bottled water. She was patient and took her time with me and edited my profile info since the Gucci reps in Vegas entered incorrectly.

I really enjoy working with the SAKS associates at the Gucci counter. They're patient and very knowledgeable about not just Gucci products, which I appreciate. I asked for Fragrance samples and with their help was able to make decisions about makeup that I was apprehensive about. Great experience at this Gucci counter. Pam Jordan Fragrance. Beauty. Lifestyle.
