There was one young man that was very nice. Everybody else was a little stuck up, especially the young ladies. They need to get over it you work at mall.

I walked into the store shortly before closing and was not informed that I needed to leave exactly at closing time. Many stores close their doors a few minutes early if they require everyone out by the exact closing hour. Typically, customers are given a few extra minutes to try on items before making a purchase.
One of the employees was extremely rude and unprofessional, while the rest remained indifferent until I brought up his behavior. If the store wants customers to leave promptly, they could communicate it in a more professional manner. I’ve been shopping here for over seven years, and this experience was very disappointing.

The employee there treated me with no respect. There was a lovely young lady helping me he kicked her away said he would help me then said I don’t have time for you. And o go try to speak to a cashier she ignores me . I was planning to spend 400 this day . Maybe it was because I was wearing old clothes and got discriminated , I’m a contractor that makes 2000 a week what that employee there makes in a month

Christina was very helpful, professional and took great care of me and my family during a busy shopping trip. Store was very clean as well as the fitting rooms. The staff were all attentive and friendly. Thank y'all very much!

Considering it's the largest mall in a city as large as San Antonio, it's a great place to shop if you like shopping. I've lived here almost 15 years and every time I drive by the giant cowboy boots always amazes me. If you want better or more you can always drive to San Marcos to the outlet mall which is amazimg, but these days, who wants to fight the now ridiculous traffic. There are also several eating places surrounding the mall instead of just their food court. The cheesecake factory is just outside the mall. Great place to relax and eat while shopping.
