Great place for music needs. Friendly staff and huge selection. The gentleman at the back counter by the DJ section was incredibly nice and helpful understanding what we were looking for and other options that we didn't know about.

I am a 40 year old man. Sadly new at all this, trying to get a set up for my house. Their customer service is down the drain. You can’t even ask a question without them giving you attitude. Trust me I waited patiently for my turn. One lady just plain look at me and said sorry I was off since an hour ago. Honestly this place needs an attitude change. Because their treatment was very disappointing.

The perfect place to go looking for terrible service, leaving angry or frustrated, it is one of the stores with the worst customer service, I extend a broad recommendation to the managers and owners to hire more staff and train and motivate the existing ones to to serve, respect and make their customers feel important, because if this continues, unfortunately this store will disappear since little by little people will stop coming.

This place rocks, literally… Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Joceyln. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that I understood what the policy and process is for my damaged sound equipment. Her patience and confidence really came in clutch when I was near to full panicking on the inside.

Wish the store was a little better organized but overall I enjoy this particular location. I've been a customer many times and will definitely be back.

I walked in to trade & sell some gear. I stood there for almost 5 min holding obviously heavy items. I was completely ignored by all 3 of the staff behind the counter. 2 of which weren't assisting any other customers. I walked out with my gear, and I won't be coming in here again. I'll wait until tomorrow and go to Sam Ash where they have fantastic customer service, and staff who don't stand around ignoring potential customers.

I couldn't find anyone to help me out for anything. It was like I was invisible. I'm very disappointed that nobody made the effort to assist me. So I left.

You have to admit this place was rocking 10 years ago. It's not the business, it's people's dying talent. People's drive for music. I'm talking about real music. You can only count on one person out of pretty much every establishment to be successful at their job these days. Sorry but there is no such thing as management. Managers are all lazy and do not even know how to manage their own life much less a store. Come on. If you don't like your job because you get too many customers who think their entitled, well news flash that's the new trend. You have to figure away to deal with these entitled people with no money just looking for free stuff. They too go back to their mediocre jobs. Nothing special.

Every drumset had a malfunction. From missing high hat, to broken high hat. To speakers that cut out or just wasn't loud. Yall gotta do better. Piano was cool. No Nords, Korgs, or Motifs just the MontageM8x which took some time to actually find the piano sounds.
