“I was on a trip to San Antonio and in my local area there is no airgun retailers. I away like to loiter at places I don't have access to locally.
The owner was extremely friendly and engaging, and though he probably knew I was not going to be a customer, at least that day he let me check out any airgun or product I liked without any annoyance. I spent about 35 or 40 minutes just chatting it up. Wish Alamo airguns were closer to where I live.”

“Love the setup here. Great looking gun store inside and out with lots of accessories. Called 9 different stores and this is the only one that had a basic ar15 trigger that didn't require purchase of a $80 lower parts kit. (didn't need the rest) Very knowledgeable staff. Will definitely going back for cerakote.”

“I took my Glock for a red dot slide cut and mounting. I was expecting it to take a long time but I was able to get my pistol back sooner then expected. Also I decided to bring by an old 1911 in I was having trouble with, they have an expert who able to get my pistol back to me even quicker. I took them out to the range today and the work provide showed. I appreciate these guys and the work they did for me. I am bringing all my gun needs to them from now on.”

They mentioned they buy collections and I informed them I had inherited a number of things from my father's passing that I would be interested in selling. After the show, they came to my residence to asses what I had. We were able to come to an agreement on a number of things. Kenny and Brandon were extremely professional and fair in their pricing. “I mean I've never been to their brick and mortar store, however I am familiar with them online and have placed several orders with them which have ALL BEEN GREAT! Everything arrived on time, in perfect condition and no problems whatsoever! I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for the items which they offer because they are certainly the upper echelon of aftermarket and custom goods!! Just make sure if you come across something you like that is sold out absolutely sign up to be notified when it's back in stock otherwise otherwise it's impossible to get your hands on some of their stuff it's highly regarded and sought after! The QC on my Stiletto Mk.2 trigger shoe was impeccable and after 6months the shoe still has all of dlc finish and safety still completely gold! The kicker is, it's better than most others costing up to and over $150 except it only cost $99!!! So ya it's going on ALL my pieces as soon as I can get them!”

“Honestly one of the best businesses I've ever worked with. They are attentive to your needs and answer any questions you ask regardless of how dumb the question may seem. When you pick up your fire arms they are more than willing to help you navigate functionality. Their office is a bit different than most will be used to but I promise you they care about their customer. They even help track down items they don't have listed on their site if they have the means to do so. Additionally I had purchased some mags from them that ended up having a factory defect and they are working on the RMA for me, no oh contact the manufacturer or anything like that. 110 percent customer service!”
“January of 2024 the wife and i had renewed our membership for a month never did i ok for it to be auto draft from my account in February and i was charged for the month of February and i never did even go for the whole month of February i have called and sent emails and no response explaining this and nothing i am requesting a refund for the 54.00 that they took from my account”

“My husband and I visited Adelbridge about 2 weeks ago. The staff were helpful to us. My husband and I were first time gun buyers. The attendant let us look at the guns we wanted to see (excluding the Desert Eagles). The attendants answered all of our questions. We returned a week later after my husband placed a deposit on a Bersa he saw.
The purchase of the gun was smooth and easy. When an issue arose, the attendant directed my husband how to resolve the issue. The staff gave us a free gun case after the purchase of the pistol. My husband and I will be return customers.
P.S. The two cats are adorable and so fluffy!”
