Hate em or love em. HEB is where you are going to spend your money. This store is very clean and people are friendly. It isn't very big. Actually it's probably one of the smaller HEBs in the city. It has more value items and caters to the demographic really well. Also if you need gas it also has a gas station on the property.

Best grocery store in Dallas hands down! I always spend more than I intend to when I go there. The product quality and availability along with the array of services offered to its customers is unsurpassed!

It's crazy how everyone is complaining but never resolve the issue, its the company fault meaning their corporate office. This HEB will never be improved nor remodeled because corporate does not want to do it. This store has been here for ages and sad to say that its because of the area and the people that come shopping here, call it as you see it. Don't turn a blind eye . We all know why. I grew up coming to this store since I was young and it has been run to the ground. we are in a poverty area and people have walked out of the store stealing so that should mean something to why we have a store that no one cares. Our community should take more pride and take care of our resources here in this area. Some employees do have that attitude that they don't care especially that young girl with that red hair at the pump. Things gotta improve at this location besides bringing in different managers, improve the store and expand it.

If I need something quick, I go here as it is 5 minutes from my house. Otherwise, I go to CityBase or Oak Park for better selection, cleanliness, organization, space, etc. This H‑E‑B is in dire need of some updates. Floors are a mess and appear unclean with black scuff marks, etc; if you’re on the back row of the store where the meat and dairy are, you can’t read the aisle signage as it is hidden behind a “fur down” which contains HVAC material??? About half the ice cream freezer shelves have a lot of excess frost and on the product as well. Parking is a problem in front of the store. If customers are doing Curbside and their groceries are brought to their cars, then why are all the reserved Curbside parking spots in the premium spots close to the front of the store. Why is the main entrance to the store still closed forcing customers around the side of the building only to walk the distance to the inside glass doors which are manned by an employee. This store is a disgrace and in need of a big facelift.

First time shopping here. They were well stocked & greeted us with a sanitized cart! The store was busy but not over crowded. I’m glad we could get most of our supplies, didn’t see a lot of paper products but I didn’t need any more yet. Thanks H-E-B for the cleanliness and courtesy!

The customer service at the pump today at 12/29/2019 @ 12:15 pm H-E-B member was absolutely clueless , She never acknowledged me or when she did Actually talk to me she didn't greet me or apologize for the long wait but actually turned me away and told No cash purchase at this time only credit card purchases at that moment , so I told her OK I have card only then she turned me away and tells me to go to the pump and paid there
