Tooooooo far.. Also when u call you don’t talk to a HEBFCU employee to talk to a calling center that NEVER can figure out how to help . So you have to wait HOURS for a member to call you back …UGHHHHH

RUN!! Look for another lender!!! If you are seeking to either refinance or applying for a loan please go with another lender. H‑E‑B CU was unable to help a veteran partner of 16 years with a perfect credit score to help out in refinancing a car loan. Took them a week for an answer to deny my request versus 2.5 seconds of me applying elsewhere to approve me. So disappointed with their customer service!!!

Poor customer service. Have to have multiple phone conversations to do small tasks like unblock purchases or do wire transfers. Unresponsive to feedback. Manager makes excuses. As soon as we are able we will be changing banking providers; we recommend anyone to avoid.

Horrible bank they charge for everything, & nearly $50 for overdraft protection fee. I’ve never heard of that.

Even a simple problem takes several phone calls to fix with this bank. 6 weeks ago I requested a new debit card, my old one had a small crack but was still completely functional. When the card arrived it worked for about 24 hours and then always declined giving an error code that it was expired. 5 phone called later, and my call was finally escalated to someone who fixed whatever was wrong. This weekend I noticed a large fee attached to my account, I called today (monday) and waited on hold for 40 minutes to be told I reached a call center and they could take my information and request a call back. I did receive a call back this afternoon and was told that my $83 fee was for my debit card issued 6 weeks ago, never did I ask to expedite or rush my card. Never would I agree to paying $48 for shipping. This isn’t acceptable customer service and I have every right to expect better treatment.

They take too much for "maintenance fee" each month. I'm trying to save money not spend it! Closed my account, not a good spot to save money for any HEB partner.

If you’re reading this and considering getting an account with HEBFCU Just don’t. It took us a week to pay off a car loan early. We had the money and funds ready but somehow they ran into some sort of issue every single day.

How can you have only one location in San Antonio and not one HEB location out of all 100+ does not have a bank or atm for the member's or HEB employees my boyfriend has worked for this company for 14 years and I have never hated a bank so much. Then to wait over 30 minutes on hold no one is your office to help and no one can ever answer the phone lines. I went and a lady name Nora always has helped us never even verified if I was on the account just took the phone and spoke to my boyfriend money was given and a cashier check of $2000.00 I went today and was turned away. This bank sucks. Worst service evee
